I I am here to edit the review below as follows: Tiara From the Saginaw store called me today after I left the review. The review was very honest, and so was her apology. She’s sounded like a very sincere person and a sweetheart as well. She promised to make it right with me by refunding my order, which I did not want to do because I do eat a lot of fast food.and had never had this happen with Happys before. In lieu of that, she has promised to give me the same order again when I get ready to order it. I’m glad that we got this taken care of because I love to keep our businesses open in Saginaw when we get them, because Lord knows we need them. I’m so happy to have this situation settled with no hard feelings on either side. You rock, Tiara!
ordered a whole slab of Ribs without sauce, macaroni cheese, and an order of chicken tenders and fries. These ribs are so undercooked that I could not cut them apart without force. There was no pulling these ribs apart and there was no pulling any meat up any bones. I had to put them back into my oven because I did not have a way to take them back. I used to order them all the time and have not ordered from here since they got a new owner. Never again and I mean never. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot of some of you but I use a lot of money on fast food and if it’s good, I pay for what I want. I paid 65+ dollars today before tip and my food is shit.

The owner reached out to me the day after I posted my unhappy review and he politely apologized. He replaced my whole order for free. I appreciate an owner of a business that can take the time to correct the problem as well as willingly do what ever it takes to make the customer feel appreciated. Thank you to the owner for listening and caring enough to make this old lady feel good.

I ordered 3 piece chicken tender and they were as small as a potatoes wedge like mini lids size the ranch was so watered down it literally was not even ranch any more. I spent $30 on garbage. The owner obviously does not care about the quality of the food, service or customers who spend there hard earned money on his trash. So disappointed and feel disrespected as a customer! This was my first time trying them too. I defiantly do not recommend wasting your money on this pizza place.

Extremely disappointing experience. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive throughout. When I asked about halal options, she responded with an unprofessional and inappropriate comment implying that “chicken is always halal,” which is simply not true and shows a complete lack of understanding and respect. The food quality was subpar, and the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning. Would not recommend.

I’ve ordered the catfish dinners before. Why this time I order a 3 piece and get 1 fillet cut into 3 pieces? Like I said, “I’ve ordered the catfish dinners before.” I feel completely ripped off. I support local, but it’s hard to support local when they rip you off with 1 piece of fish cut into 3 pieces and give you loke 10 fries. I refuse to support and business that does this. No consistency. Not good. Just a total rip off and waste of money. You totally ruined my Friday dinner.

This was the first time I have ordered from here, wanting to try something new. The people were kind and fixed what was wrong but I don’t think I will be going back to this location sadly. No one was wearing masks or gloves four delivery drives just running in and out no gloves only one had a mask, they told me it would be around 20 minutes for it the food to be done (ordered over the phone) I didn’t even leave my house till 20 minutes later then got stuck behind a train for 10 minutes then I get there and am told it will be another 15 minutes they are finishing my food…ok I can wait then I go in 15 minutes and have to wait another 10 minutes because they are just finishing everything as I see my pizza sitting getting cold. They tried to make it up by giving me a free dessert and like I said they were sweet about it but by the time I got home the pizza was cold the tenders had melted the box they were in and just soaked in grease. So kind people, ok food but bad time management
