Well my wife and my other family members came in for Christmas to North Carolina.
Everybody was craving some Mexican food. We ordered from the restaurant we’re giving the review on we ordered with doordash the food showed up cold!!!! more importantly we ordered the steak fajitas and paid for extra steak portions it comes with no sour cream as we were told when we were ordering it. Had to buy on the side and the portion was ridiculously small. I don’t know what kind of fajitas you’ve ever had in your life that doesn’t come with guacamole sour cream pico de gallo…. And when do fajitas ever have mushrooms in them???? you know the regular things that’s not the trip…. The trip is they send everything out and you order the largest portion of fajitas and extra steak and they only send TWO.. tortillas with it!!!???!
I know crazy right.. so I ended up calling the restaurant and they said that the fajitas only get two tortillas with the order…. So you get a whole thing of fajitas and extra steak and you got two tortillas you can make two little tortillas out of your whole dish for your family now that’s some garbage!.. we also got chili Rellenos, 2 each…. Who HAS had one of these with shredded beef on it??!!actually ground up beef it tasted absolutely horrible this was the worst dining experience for Mexican food I have ever had in the United States of America or anywhere in the world! Absolute trash place! Don’t waste your money there is no good Mexican food in Murphy North Carolina that’s a guarantee. Very disappointing

Come here for the salsa! It’s delicious.
The food was also pretty good but not great. Steak fajitas.were actually cut really thin and it made them dry out. I did get shrimp with the steak but next time I would get shrimp only. They have a Buffay on Fridays and Sunday afternoon. I plan on coming back and giving that a try.

It was my wife’s birthday and she wanted Mexican food and margaritas. It’s the 3rd time we have ate here and I knew it would be good. We are from Charleston S.C. and I own a log cabin less than 10 minutes from this location in Murphy N.C. She enjoyed her birthday lunch here and we have not been dispointed. I do recommend.

That pancho guy (short muscular guy) is a creep having lunch with my family and he’s winking at me and being weird this restaurant makes me feel uncomfortable. I haven’t came back to this restaurant for a few years because of this guy yesterday I went with my family hoping the atmosphere would be different but no he’s still there same owner same creeps winking at me trying to be flirty. The food was okay wouldn’t come back.

Impressed by the Buffet items being available. Items appeared fresh. Service is excellent. When they ran out of Watermelon I asked the server if they had additional Watermelon. Within minutes the Watermelon was on the Buffet. WIFI is not Guest available. And difficult to get a Mobile Connection. Still Recommended though.

If you are just passing through or live near I highly recommend this restaurant in Murphy, NC. They staff are very friendly. The food is delicious and wow so many options. I was surprised of the many assortment of options. You will see the full list of the pictures I took page by page.
I had the cheese Enchiladas, tostada, beans, rice, with flan for dessert .
If you have never had flan it’s delicious and taste like a custard.
They restaurant owner even sells honey from his bee’s .
The chips and tostada were freshly made still warm when I was served.
They place was very well decorated with little things here and there or streamers.
So run by this place and tell them I sent you. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
