I’ve never really been a big Wendys but when you’re in a spot, you’re in a spot. The services was great, the place was clean. I have no complaints whatsoever with the services or the eating area.but on the other hand the food was tastes less.

Been here twice and the experience is always the same in and out, yeah that part is great. What’s not so great is that I always feel rushed or that im bothering the drive- thru girl. And I don’t understand, I eat for one.. super basic number 8 with a shake. No adds or take aways and still I feel like maybe I should apologize for ordering. I get it fast food, who wants to work there right? I’m sure it’s not an interesting career choice but maybe she should be on the grill and not be the face of the company.

I used to work here for about 5 years back around in 2010. I love to see how updated it is now but still recognize a few faces. Mary Sandra and Elizabeth are great employees and shout out to Anthony as well. The food was fresh and served quickly, dining and restroom areas were clean as well. Parking lot was also clean!

I have coming to Wendy’s for many years for their burgers,chicken sandwiches,salads and especially their Frosty I enjoy it very much. Ever I try their new item they have limited time they were very good. When gets cold I enjoy their cup of chili so good and also their bake potato so good. Their breakfast is very good they have breakfast sandwiches and burritos and another items they have.

At night, I ordered takeout without getting out of the car. The chubby woman wearing glasses at the window had a terrible attitude. When I went to pick up my order, she asked for the name on the order. I don’t understand English, so I showed her my phone, but she was completely indifferent. Does she think she’s superior? It’s unbelievable that a service worker could have such an attitude.

The burgers are so small. I order a jr bacon cheeseburger and it looked like mini sliders with small strips of bacon. And they still charge almost $4 for it…. Shrinkflation is real and I won’t be coming back.

As far as fast food goes, its good.. They just remodel the place. It looks real nice inside. Service was a little slow. While processing my payment, the cashier disappear for about 5 to 8 minutes. Just left me there waiting for my receipt.
Update: Service is just as bad as the last time I reviews the place. The cashier still like to leave the counter for long period of time. Had to wait for 5 min before someone would take my order. Once again, the cashier took off after taking my order. Had to wait again for her to come back to give me my receipt. Also, I inform them the paper dispenser were empty. No one refilled them while we were there.

If it were up to me,I wouldn’t give it any stars.But I am only writing about the driv-thru service.
Here is what happened on 09/30/2025,at around 11:30 PM,when I was picking up an UberEats order for Customer Dustin.
1,A bespectacled female employee told me at the window that the order’s for another delivery driver waiting in front of me at the door.I know it’s impossible because UberEats can’t send two drivers to pick up one same order at the same time,it’s just common sense.But the employee said she was sure.
2,I parked aside and went up to the other driver,turned out he actually had a DoorDash order and the customer’s name was Raul.The driver also told me that he usually doesn’t like to pick up at this restaurant because that bespectacled female employee is always not polite to him.
3,I drove back to the window and corrected the female employee,she simply went mad and insisted it’s the other driver’s fault.Again,it’s impossible,because it’s two different delivery platforms and two different customer names.
4,A black employee came out of the door and talked very rudely to that DoorDash driver who barely speaks English.I intervened because the black employee was being so unethical and told him to just give the order to the DoorDash driver.
5,The female employee then said she wouldn’t give me the UberEats order after my intervention.Not wanting any escalation,I drove away immediately and reported the issue to UberEats and the Customer as well.
6,The black employee laughed that I was refused the UberEats order.
I still got paid for that order but I definitely won’t be back to this place.

Super fast service but over salted fries :; Blood pressure bomb. McDonalds is still the best fries of the big guys. Burger King has tastier beef patties. Wish they sold sweet potato fries for healthier choice. The smart beverage dispenser is simply amazing- i was able to operate the coke button from my iphone! No more contamination. Wendys is the cleanest dining area and chill staff of any national chain. A little pricey for food thats not fresh or high grade. Might come back.
