I always go to this location and on 12/30/25 at 5:45pm-5-55pm according to my receipt we had a really bad experience w three workers that day. They did not want to speak Spanish. They were racist and rude. They got my order wrong and when I told her I asked for different drinks she walked away and another worker came gave me the same wrong drinks and was really rude when she handed the drinks. Please fix this. This is the first time it happens. I live down the street so I will not stop coming. Wouldn’t like to have another bad experience. Thanks

I paid 19.29 and they shorted me 1 cent. I know it doesn’t seem lot to most but the point is that they are doing this toEVERYONE who pays cash. McDonald’s is a multi billion dollar company but yet takes from its customers! Absolutely disgraceful.
If you add it up they served over 20,000 people a day times that by 30 days they are gaining $6,000 each month give or take! They steal from the people!

This location consistently rips off customers by shorting the order. The employees need better training as wel as the manager. When you all to complain about being ripped off she says she can’t hear you over the noise. Lousy service.

My 78 year old mother has been collecting the Korean toys in the Happy Meals. I think its so cute…lol I have gone to all McDonald’s to help her in her collection. This particular McDonald’s did not want to tell me what toy was available even if I purchased a Happy Meal. I didnt want extras. I wouldn’t have mind buying a Happy Meal if I needed to but to just not tell you what toy was available? Ridiculous! I’ve NEVER had a McDonald’s refusing to say what toy they were giving out. Shout out to McDonald’s on Boronda and Natividad for not being so greedy. They happily sold me 2 toys and I also bought a regular meal. N. Main will not be getting my business.

This is my second review for this McDonald’s. It’s about 2 blocks from my home and I’m not a huge fan but sometimes you just get a hankering for some grease.Well McDonald’s is all greasey food I really like their breakfasts. I use the mobile AP and love it order while my car is warming up and just drive thru give them my code and walk! Food on the run has never been easier. I get the English muffins egg & Sausage, today I got the biscuit egg and sausage. I haven had the biscuit meal for some time. I the past it always fell apart and wasn’t easy to eat. As you can see in the photo this is a pretty biscuit and it was tasty! Using the AP you get bonus points and deals I got a two 4 One breakfast sandwich deal so I got and english Muffin and a biscuit sandwich and only paid $4 and change. Anyway good deal good experience…I’m loving it!

1$ large fries everyday if you have the app! Or use the app inside with the kiosk! Has beyond beef patties to substitute if you would like! Iced coffee extra caramel drizzle chocolate drizzle and whipped cream on the app for just 1.30$

If you don’t like your job at McDonalds DO NOT WORK THERE! Horrible customer service! Horrible attitude!! I understand the traffic but the attitude these workers give would make anyone drive a block away next time for McDonald’s.
