Went here for my birthday dinner, and as always Puerto Vallarta delivered. Amazing service, amazing food, great atmosphere. I was also given a free bowl of ice cream and they let me put birthday candles on it. Wonderful experience overall, a great choice for heavy and decadent Mexican food. You will bring half of your dish home as leftovers haha

Amazing place to eat. Being seated didn’t take long at all neither did ordering and the service was fast and very consistent on asking if we needed anything including the water. I definitely recommend this place and the server was great and great food for price and even took home what we had left.

This is what $30 dollars gets you, I’ve eaten here before so to see this is genuinely shocking, there’s almost no meat the cheese and guacamole arnt fresh the fries are completely unseasoned, and it’s not much larger than a large fry at McDonald’s for context I ordered in store waited 5-10 mins it was done I took the pic 5 mins later when I got home

We had such a great experience dining at Puerto Vallarta! Our waiter, Cesar, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and very attentive without ever hovering. He made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always refilled, food arrived quickly, and everything was served just the way we ordered it.
Cesar checked in on us at just the right times, and his positive attitude really added to our evening. It’s clear he takes pride in giving excellent service, and it truly made a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back — and will be asking for Cesar again!

We came in for dinner, we were seated at at very dim spot we have to use our phone to see the menu the server saw us looking at the menu with our phone flashlight on, didn’t bother to transfer us to a better table, served our food without any utensil doesn’t even bother to notice that we were not eating the food that was served, we have to ask for our utensils, as we are starting to eat server ask how was the food I complained with my birria it was way tooooo salty, didn’t bother to offer me a replacement instead she asked if I was done and took away the plates on my table while my partner was still eating with his meal, as we are paying didn’t even bother to ask us how was our food and experience. I ask who is the manager, she said the manager was hector and he is no longer around I ask when he will be in she said she don’t know. She handed me the machine to pay my bill I honestly doesn’t want to put any tip because the service was awful not very accommodating and welcoming.

Food was absolutely delicious. The carne asada was good but the mixed fajitas were very good as well. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean , and overall the prices were fair. I’ll definitely continue to come back.

I was very disappointed after I got there. I ordered a Cadillac margarita on the rocks only to find out they use something else. They don’t have Grand Marnier. I tried the drink and it didn’t taste good to me. She did take it back and I ordered a martini that didn’t taste good. When I ordered something else to drink, the waitress did not have the alcohol to make the drink. I requested my bill and went home. I felt that the waitress took other people’s orders over mine. When I wanted to order something else, she passed me by and helped others. Then went back to the bar. When I left the restaurant, the man sitting behind me walked up to me and said she was not a very good waitress. He said he received a bottle of beer, that he paid for and didn’t want. I don’t plan on going back.

This restaurant is so close to my house I could have 3 margaritas and roll home. I was so excited for this when I moved in. After 4 years of attempting to like this place, I just can’t go back. Service and food are very bland, nothing ever tastes right. These guys couldn’t pop off a delicious margarita to save their lives. My hope and dreams will remain just that.

Food was ok, nothing that I can completely say was outstanding, got the sizzling fajitas, my carne asada lacked flavor it simply just tasted like beef, the shrimp wasn’t bad, my kid had the kids cheeseburger which they ended swapping it for a taco with extra tomatoes instead because the cheeseburger was dry and flavorless, server was outstanding it really seemed like he was catering to us, although he had multiple tables it never seemed like our table was skipped, chips, salsa, and drinks were never empty.
