Pizza was good because it was made fresh and hot. And my friend said the ribs definitely tasted like store bought but decent.
Wish the food came out a bit hotter than the room temperature but nice cold beer made it up!
They’re Buffalo cauliflower wings used to be so good, with blue cheese crumbles. Now they come out basic and bland.
I got a small pizza a few weeks ago, and the quality was worse than little Cesar’s.
I went in yesterday, and the music volume was far too loud in the bar. I put noise cancelling headphones in and I was still overwhelmed.
Each time I’ve been in lately, I haven’t left satisfied or fulfilled.
This was our first review on our first ever visit to Boston’s. READ THE SECOND REVIEW BELOW THAT FOR OUR SECOND VISIT EXPERIENCE (HORRENDOUS!)
Bobby and bini, the owners, are great! They make you feel very welcome! I had the pizza burger and it tasted as good as it looked! My wife had the ribs, tender and delicious! I don’t remember the last time I recommended a restaurant but I certainly recommend this place and will be back!
UPDATE Friday November 14th 2025
Do not eat or drink here unless you enjoy being ripped off! I’ll explain. First time here my wife wanted a salad instead of coleslaw with her meal. Instead of an up charge we were charged for a side salad. We thought it was maybe our fault. So this time, the second time we’ve been here, my wife asked if there was a up charge to have a salad instead of coleslaw. The waitress said “yes, $1.50”. My wife said ok.
We got the bill and the charge for having salad instead of coleslaw was $3.69. We asked the waitress about it and she said “I don’t know the whole menu!”. “Do you want to talk to the manager?” She was short with us and not happy. By the way, I also asked about being charged for two beers when I only had one. The owner showed up and tried to explain to us that somewhere on the menu it showed the $3.69 up charge . He couldn’t understand that we were told something else and literally got mad. We told him we didn’t want anything but for him to educate his servers. Then when told about being charged for 2 beers and not just the one I had with lunch (the waitress knew this was true and apologized) he said “I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt “. Doubt? What doubt? He insinuated I was lying! So, bad service, bad management, terrible owners.
We wonder if this is a frequent scam run by this establishment? Do people just not notice or think not a big deal? Food wasn’t bad, place is spotless clean. I don’t recommend going here ever. If you do, check your receipts and get ready for a battle when you point out a discrepancy. By the way, the owner (manager) walked away in the middle of my wife talking to him. No yelling, no name calling, just trying to point out we were clearly told one thing and charged something else. And the server said “I don’t know the whole menu!”. Isn’t that her job? If she was new , maybe, but she wasn’t. Scam? Once, probably not but more than once ya gotta wonder.
We will never set foot in this establishment again and highly recommend that you don’t either.
Also, I’ve noticed other reviews have mentioned that the first time they were here they were treated like royalty but the second time was a different story. We had the same weird experience.
I had the French dip which was decent, good amount of protein but it was a bit dry so you had to use the French dip sauce. The fries were not seasoned at all.
I would say if you like those classic American spots then this is a good place to go to. It’s good for groups that have that type of desire too.
