How do they stay open and out of beef which is like 70% of the menu.? Then when you order the chicken taco the manager says it only comes with chicken and cheese. The most disgusting order I ever gotten super greasy with barely anything in the taco. This place is a literal joke the manager and entire staff. Better off going to Visalia because you’ll never get what you order here.

I’ve never had an issue until now with this location. I always come late at night, and the workers are always nice, but tonight I ordered the two piece chicken strips and it looks like one of my tenders were ripped in half to look like two? Both together were the size of another one! They had to drop me fresh tenders so I’m genuinely concerned that they just dropped three on accident instead of four for me. $4.50 for one tender? No. Bring back the nuggets Taco Bell

Wow! What exceptional service I received in the drive thru today (1/3/26). I’ve never felt the need to review Taco Bell but the gentleman (didn’t get his name but the receipt says KYREE) who helped me was very patient, helpful…while very busy. I don’t normally go to that Taco Bell but I will moving forward. Thank you Taco Bell for hiring outstanding staff!

The manager at this Taco Bell was extremely rude and showed zero customer service skills. When I had an issue, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping at all. Management sets the tone, and this experience guaranteed I won’t be coming back.

Taco Bell, We had came here for lunch & I got the #1 3 Tacos Supreme & a drink Pepsi Zero plus I got a bean & cheese burrito with the (green sauce) my favorite of all times yummy! yummy! Oh the Memories! & my friend she got the Crispy Chalupa Box & a drink Pepsi Zero & a bean & cheese burrito with the (green sauce) also. We did the drive thru fast & convenient!!! Just had one of the worst encounters in fast food I have ever had in my life. This location on Hillman is a Joke from management to cashiers everybody seems to be off they Messed up on over 10 orders in the time I was standing waiting for my food. I ordered my order 15 minutes prior to arriving and spent my entire 30 minute lunch waiting for my food after they messed up. Food itself was horrible. Completely wrong order once I received it I just left because I couldn’t wait any longer.
