I see some of the reviews, but I have to admit that the food was hot. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.
I really enjoy being able to get customer service or someone means the service that they are providing with a big smile on their face. Thank you to the awesome Burger King staff in Summerville, West Virginia.

How the heck do you manage to make an “Oreo Sundae” and not put any Oreos in it man. Also the cheesy tots were over cooked and had bacon in them which I DID NOT ask for. Fries have always been mid but the burgers were solid.

I brought in unopened gluten free buns for my impossible burger. They wouldn’t use my buns so I had to put it together and it was cold but at least I had it my way

I’ve been going to this Burger King for years. Well over a decade to be exact. At this point, I can not over look service that I received today. I had large order for dine in this afternoon. I specifically asked for two plain cheeseburger kids meals in my order along with others as well. After receiving my food, I noticed I was never given the five apple juices, medium drink, or the lemonade as well. I asked for those which were given to me upon request other than waiting on the lemonade again. My children informed me that their cheeseburgers were not plain. I took them up front and asked if they could be remade plain. The cashier asked someone in the back to get them remade. An individual in the kitchen responded with something along the lines of; “I make it the way it comes up on the screen. I’m tired of wasting money on…”. This was all said in a very disgruntled attitude. This was all a simple miscommunication. There was no need to get upset over this issue. It’s sad because I favor Burger King over all other fast food restaurants, but I’m starting to second my decision with this particular one.

Stopped in after the remodeling to see if the food had improved any. I got a double stacker combo. It came fairly quickly, the employees were nice and friendly, and very accommodating despite how busy they were in the lunch rush. It was a pleasant and better-than-expected experience.

Not a very busy location as it isn’t immediately close to much, but it does get some traffic from travellers on hwy 19.
It’s a pretty big store, so there’s no need to worry about ever running out of sitting room.

Jalapeño bites were awesome. Other than that the fries were undercooked, had hashbrown bites in there still left over from breakfast which is nasty. Bacon king had barely any bacon and whopper was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. Very disappointed. Also had to go in and exchange my coke for a raspberry tea because thats what I had ordered.
