Wendy’s, and while it’s a popular fast food chain, the experience was just average. The food was decent, with the classic spicy chicken nuggets and a fresh, crispy salad, but nothing about the meal stood out. The service was quick, but the staff seemed a little disinterested. The restaurant itself was clean, but the overall vibe felt very standard, nothing special. It’s a good choice if you’re in a rush, but it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit.

Ordered ahead on app,still took almost 10 minutes with no one in drive-thru lane ahead of us. Burger was old and crispy corners, guess they had to fry the chicken but we could see about 7 people working with very few customers. Should have known what they had pre cooked.

Atrocious. Messed up every single aspect of my order. No frosty, no cinnamon bites, messed up the nuggets (gave us random ones) and messed up the burgers too. And the food made me sick. Lovely. I’m done giving this location chances.

I don’t usually go to Wendy’s on James St in Syracuse, but this location has a Counterperson named Michael who is an exceptional employee! He is so friendly and courteous, his demeanor makes you want to visit again. I certainly hope Wendy’s recognizes this fine young man for his efforts on making this Wendy’s location an outstanding experience for all patrons!

Worse wendys I’ve been to. The food has good portions, and the service was fine. But don’t get me started on the atmosphere. I came from 4+hrs away and had to use the bathroom. One of the staff members was smoking cannabis in the restroom. I told an employee and they got it sorted out. Another thing is when we went to get a drink at the self serve station, the straws were wet and also the ketchup was all gone. Another thing was the floor was greasy and the soda machine started spraying the syrup of diet coke, everywhere. Drive thru would probably be a better option. Honestly next time I drive thru, I’ll just go to mcdonalds or burger King.

This location is terrible. I’ve been to this location a couple time in the last couple months, but Sunday 1/6/25 1030am was my worst experience. When I walked in the entire staff was in the dining room drinking and sitting. It took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence. They were unable to take my order at the counter because they had no drawer set up. When I got my food. The fries were old, soft, cold and no salt. The saucy nuggets were cold. And the hamburger was cold and not made to my request. Avoid going to this location. It’s obvious the management does not care

Very clean dining room, the crew working were so friendly and full of smiles!! This was a refreshing experience and I appreciated their kindness. The wait wasn’t long (we got spicy chicken so the wait is expected) but they still apologized anyway. Food was all fresh as well! I can’t remember the last time I’ve had more than lukewarm fries at my local Wendy’s. Definitely will pick this one from now on.
