The staff at this location are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Fun Zone features a great mix of arcade games with a wide variety of prizes. The buffet includes pizza, chicken, side dishes, desserts, and more. Prices are as expected for this type of activity and venue. Overall, it’s always an enjoyable experience!

This place was repeatedly recommended by the locals we spoke to so we dove in….
Being new here, we had questions and we were met with warmth and answers.
The smells were creeping up as we were paying- they respect and honor military, seniors and others I think- that was heart-warming. Food was delicious, staff was kind and accommodating. I had an issue, and the concern and demeanor of the manager was unprecedented with me. He was professional well spoken understanding and kind. I live about 45min away, but I will be glad to repeatedly patronize this place. I already know who I’m bringing on my next visit! Lbvs. Not a picture taker, but I was compelled this time! Stop in and see!

We had a pizza ranch punch card that was full so we received a free lunch. We like to give a big shout out to Destiny and Jeffrey. Jeffrey, I heard came in on his day off to help, and made my pizza build it your way, amazing just how I like it thin crust and crispy not soggy, and the cheese was nice and golden brown. He’s my go to pizza guy thank you Jeffrey and Destiny was so nice greeted us with a smile and friendly. I asked about the special cranberry spinach salad that wasn’t on the salad bar. And she took the time to go back and make one up for me which is a very enjoyable salad. Even the dessert if it wasn’t the one you wanted on the dessert bar they will make it for you. My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch there today and the kindness of the employees Thank you keep up the good work everyone

Love it here! There aren’t many buffet places left anymore but this one definitely checks off all the boxes. Their chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had. Pizza is great with a wide variety. They also have a salad bar, pasta, and several other items available on their buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful, it’s very clean and they are always making sure fresh food is put out right away. The dessert pizzas are to die for also. Their prices are great considering that you are getting buffet food and can eat as much as you like and cheaper than most restaurants for just one meal nowadays. Tuesday’s are kids night. Dinner buffet is only $15. Definitely worth it.

I figured other reviewers exaggerated things, wrong. This truly is the worst Pizza Ranch around. We were in the area and hungry so we ate here, or at least tried. We got in the restaurant at 4:30 and mostly everything was empty. Hardly any salad to be had. We asked about refilling it and they said “yeah”. Well 45 minutes later we gave up on salad. No more than 2 half empty pizzas were ever out at a time. Chicken was scraps. They did bring out some fresh chicken, all dark meat. While I prefer it I did ask for some white meat in which I got “yeah” for an answer. The one thing they kept fairly stocked was the dessert pizzas. The chocolate chip cookie dessert was blackened and over cooked both times we tried it. By the time we left after 5:30 we laughed as they got slammed and couldn’t not help but think good luck people. A few walked in, saw the lack of food and walked out. Really wished we hit the one closer to home.

Went to Pizza Ranch tonight. We got there about 6:05. My husband hit his food and I waited for chicken breasts to come out. They told me about 12 minutes so I waited. At about 6:30 I asked if the chicken was coming and the woman. I think was the manager said they only put two chicken breasts down. I asked why and she said people don’t want those. I said I would take them when they came out. She said I will give you one. So a line started forming by the chicken and they came out with a bowl full and dark meat and wings. She gave me a box with one piece and said if I wanted another it would be 15 minutes so I took my one piece. After I sat down my husband went up and he said there were 3 chicken breasts. So she put more out after I sat down. What the heck this is a buffet. Well my husband was down eating so I took my one piece and took it home. On my way out another customer came up to me and said I heard the lady was very snippy with you. I have never run into a nastier person. I understand if they were busy. All the other employees were friendly as they always are there

We called around 8:00 PM knowing they closed at 9:00 and asked honestly if they’d still serve a large party of 16 if we arrived at 8:30. Not only did they say yes—they were genuinely welcoming about it.
From the moment we walked in, the crew was accommodating, upbeat, and fully engaged. They made food fresh for us, kept checking in, and never once made us feel rushed. They even stayed open a little later so the kids could finish ice cream and dessert without being cut off.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—but the real standout was the staff. Thoughtful, patient, and clearly team-oriented. That kind of service matters, especially with a big group late in the evening.

This review is not directly about the sit down dining it’s about the Too Much To Go app program. I ordered a surprise lunch bag on line. It said normal cost $18.99 cost using app $5.99. when I arrived the person didn’t seem to know about the app. A few minutes later he came out with a pizza box and started taking a piece or two of pizza from the trays at the serving isles. Most of the pizza was old and all I got other than the pizza was a couple old, dried bread sticks. No chicken, no desert just pizza. This was $18.99? So basically I got food that was sitting under the heat lamps and about as much as a large pizza with different toppings. I was very disappointed to say the least. I will not use the app to get this surprise lunch bag again but it sure was a surprise!!!!! I will however continue to go for the regular buffet because I love the chicken lol.

They offer a wide variety of pizza options and a great selection of salad toppings, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
If you haven’t tried the dessert pizzas with ice cream yet, you’re missing out, it’s an absolute must! And the bathrooms are always clean, which is a nice touch. We still need to check out their wing night on Thursdays, but it’s definitely on our list. Highly recommend!
