We’ve been here multiple times and the food is always pretty great. This past time unfortunately everything fell a little flat which is why I’m giving a 4 star, but we will definitely be in again in the future. Should that visit go well, I’ll edit this up to a 5 star.

The restaurant itself is pretty small and crammed, but it’s a very clean place with good mannered staff. The fish is fresh and many of their dishes and rolls are super tasty. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t been in before!

I went to Nori Sushi & Grill with high expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi was very fresh; you could really taste the quality of the fish, and the rice had a great texture and flavor. I tried several rolls, and they were all well-balanced, without excessive sauce or ingredients that overpowered the taste.

The service was quick and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive.
It’s definitely a place I would go back to and one I recommend if you enjoy good sushi.

My husband and I have gone here a plethora of times, even when we found out we were pregnant; they would cook the fish (salmon and tuna) as requested. Suddenly tonight they no longer do that, very odd. I was hoping the service would have been good, but when we arrived the hostess asked us to sit at the bar even though we made reservations. Which we willingly did, but as soon as we saw a table open, we requested it after they washed it (before we even ordered) and that hostess acted like we were lying that we made reservations. After checking, she saw that we indeed, did. Hesitation and a slight attitude followed her deposition. On top of not cooking fish for 1 of their sushi rolls, the smoked salmon on the philly wasn’t even smoked *usually a light pink hue*, they never brought out our Appetizer (Spicy Edamame) until we verbalized it, after they brought out my husband’s food. The soy sauce wasn’t filled, and the other roll I ordered (salmon Crunch) the salmon was SO tiny, I wouldn’t have called it anything but a vegetable sushi roll. Worst service we’ve ever had there. The crew that is normally there, wasn’t there, so maybe that’s why the service was the literal worst, we’ve ever experienced anywhere, but it was an upsetting experience.

This place was spectacular! The service was extremely helpful and fun. Alejandra was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about items on the menu and had great energy. The spicy edamame is now my personal favorite. The food absolutely blew me away. The Vegas roll, Funky roll, and noodles were delicious. Five stars for sure. I will definitely be back for more.

Nori is my HANDSDOWN favorite restaurant. I refuse to go to any other sushi place. The manager Alan and his amazing crew of chefs really cater to the customer. Players are ALWAYS beautifully put together and the fish and sushi always taste fresh. The serving staff are some of the nicest people I have met in my life, super kind, very attentive and professional. Oscar (Chef), so kind and his smile is one to die for.
The whole atmosphere of this place is incredible and I just want to thank the owners for hiring such incredible people

The food here is so so good! My absolute favorite sushi joint in American fork! The tempura is the best I’ve actually ever had, it’s HUGE and cooked so perfectly! The sushi is fresh, the rolls are massive, and the vibes are so chill! Every waitress I’ve had here have been beyond kind! Give those ladies a raise ASAP

If you go here (you should), pay attention to the little chalk board by the door! They have special sushi for American Fork and it’s precious and delicious!

Nori Sushi in American Fork has great fresh food! I especially want to recognize one of their servers, Callie, who truly goes above and beyond. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about her customers. She’s very observant and seems to anticipate what you need before you even have to ask. It’s rare to find service like that these days, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience.

My server and sushi chefs were amazing! The sushi so fresh and delicious! I went with my usual American fave Vegas…. and a fresh summer fling roll. I did venture out and tried a couple new suggested by my server Chelsea. She recommended the lava and rockstar. Absolutely delicious. Chelsea is so sweet and funny! I’ll definitely ask for her next time! The other server named garret was very cordial and polite in refills and working together as a team. Cathy the sushi chef queen helped me pick my chin up off the table so I could enjoy the sushi. She is a master chef! Thanks Cathy, Chelsea, Garret, Jesus, and Jonnie! What an amazing lunch
