Ordered my food on line at 9: 33pm They said it would be ready at 9:42pm. Pulled up sat to the window at about 9:43 didn’t get my food till 9:58. They had the bag sealed. Got to the home and took out the food and everything was cold and dry as well as almost stail like. Im so disappointed with these lazy people who dont want to drop fresh food. This store is notorious for this at night time. I waisted $26.80 on food that was old and probably sitting. This is ridiculous and un acceptable. Never. Listen people do not go to this restaurant at all.

Were not happy about our oder and it’s not the first time. I’m only posting now cuz this is 3 strikes. We ordered 3 Sourdough Jack meals and it was the most worst sandwich, No tomato, were is my tomato at? Not one of them had a tomato. I was told by the manager that the burger only cones with one patty. Did the party shrink? Where’s the beef? The only thing was good was the drinks. The drinks.

Should be shut down honestly. Awful service no matter what day of week or time it is. Literally cancelled my order and it’s been over a month waiting on guest relations to refund me. I haven’t been back since nor will I. The company are thieves. They said I could only accept paper check or credits to come back. Obviously I don’t want to go back so here I am. Lousy, Lousy, Lousy service . Walked up to counter no one acknowledged that I was even there. Three workers near by wouldn’t even look in my direction. Man wearing a black shirt who I assume to be the manager on duty was working the drive through came over got something from underneath the counter right in front of me and didn’t acknowledge me standing there.He went back to the drive through area and didn’t come back to take my order. After waiting what seemed to be ten minutes I called to him he yelled out one moment. Really!!!!! I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else , just on principles alone .

Very rude evening manager that just sits on her phone and can’t be asked anything according to what she told me when I asked why they didn’t have any lettuce after ordering the same thing the day before and was told “didn’t the cashier already give u an answer” and told the cashier to cancel my order so I can leave her store!!!
Can’t even walk in the place without there being a congregation hanging out in the lobby…

BEWARE!!! Scamming and card fraud. Came to this location and had my bank card information stolen. The drive tru guy said CARD ONLY and when I got to the window, the way he was handling my card told me something was up but I never minded it. Two days later I see a pending charge on my card that I did not do. Called my bank and immediately cancelled the card. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE.

This place should be closed down. The customer service is horrible, they don’t acknowledge your presence. The place is disgustingly dirty inside the restaurant and bathroom. The service desk where you order your food is dirty. There is a 45 minute wait for food you will never receive. Horrible Horrible Horrendous customer service experience. Will Never go here again in life. And will be sharing my experience via my social media accounts where I have over a million followers.
