First time in a jack in the box. Absolutely great staff was friendly and helpful. Great food and great atmosphere. Quiet and clean dining area. Great parking also.

I asked for a southwest chicken salad. It came with no beans, no cherry tomatoes and the chicken was cold and the portion very small. Don’t order the salad from this location. The one off Caldwell blvd is great in comparison with this one.

The night crew is terrible. They are extremely slow. You wait in the drive through for over 20 minutes just to have cold fries, and the wrong order.
The crew at this location who works after midnight Tuesday through Saturday really needs better training or a manager on duty who holds the crew accountable. It should not be like this EVERY TIME I come to this location.

Ordered online through the app and we usually have good experiences, tonight not so much.
The parmesan garlic chicken was cheaply made with the dried packet stuff and made it pretty much inedible.
My sourdough jack had an end piece that was dry and extremely hard, making it inedible as well.
Additional disappointment was my husband was ignored for a good ten minutes while he witnessed them put our up finished that whole time.
Not sure this is worth our wasted time and money anymore.

I started 3 weeks ago and have already quit. seriously needs better management. the “second in charge” turns off the cameras so she can drink on the job and smoke cigarettes inside. most employees are minors, nobody on swingshift knows how to clean anything, and on top of all this, nobody to work nightshift besides myself and my fiance that ALSO quit. I have picture proof that this store is filthy deep down & nobody should hate themselves enough to eat here and also, the manager will not find people to cover your shift in the event that you get sick from eating their food:) delete all the bad reviews you want but the truth will be known.

This establishment has been here for years, I especially enjoyed sitting next to the fireplace. Although they don’t serve beer or wine here,as others do in Idaho, I still enjoyed my meal and the cashier was super friendly.

Was given nothing but attitude I requested an order instead of using the kiosk. When I said thanks anyways and went to leave she just gave me a very attitude filled *byeee*. It’s not my fault you guys aren’t good at your job. Lady refused to give me her name but she’s there every Saturday and is ALWAYS rude to me. I’m DONE WITH IT. got her picture of anybody at corporate wants it. By far the most ridiculous customer experience of my life, this lady needs out of your restaurant
