I’ve ordered food from here 3 times given they are the only Popeyes in the Alpharetta area and they service and food quality is very poor. Workers never have a pleasant approach or good customer service. They always seem to have an attitude . Ask for hot and fresh food and still get warm or cold food as if it’s old and been sitting all day. I love Popeyes chicken but this location makes me no longer want to support the franchise . Hopefully management will improve their decision making with hiring professional workers who will take their job more seriously and provide a great customer service experience for all customers.

Ordered from yall twice on Grubhub and both times I have had items missing. The bag is sealed shut so don’t even think about it saying it’s the drivers…… get it together

I recently ordered both the regular and spicy chicken, and I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The chicken had no flavor, the spicy chicken taste like old burned grease, and both tasted overwhelmingly of grease and tasteless.

Businesses often wonder why revenues suffer—this is one clear reason. When Publix chicken tastes better than Popeyes, there is a serious problem. Your chicken lacked seasoning, tasted like pol old grease, and frankly left me at a loss for words.

In yr case so someone should taste before it is served to customers to ensure quality. Your chicken is horrible and tasteless. Nothing like the brand.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and trained. Other manager not in uniform was extremely nice. But the other manager dressed in uniform I didn’t think she could handle my issue, so I did not bring the food back.

Drive thru- ordered and was told to pull around to front. No one ever came out so i went in. Waited incredibly long, others waiting too. They seemed clueless about everyone’s order. Not worth wait. If i wasnt hungry, would have canceled order. Will not return.

We ordered online going through drive thru to be told it wasnt ready and we had to come in. Yet if you order through drive thru they wouldnt make you wait on your order and come in to grab it? Make it make sense, we are aloud to pick up our order anywhere and the fact you tell us to go in? You WERE VERY RUDE AND Everytime we come here it is nothing but disrespectful, ive worked in plenty of fast food places but to be disrespectful when we even werent does not give you a right to AND NOT EVEN BUSY!!

Horrible food!!! It was the worst food I have had in a very long time!!! Breading on shrimp was very hard and the shrimp itself was like rubber. The fries were cold and the mash potatoes were watery. The tea taste like it had been sweetened at least twice if not more. Will not ever go back to this Popeyes again. I work hard to earn my money, to pay for food I can’t even eat. It’s heartbreaking that businesses do not care about the customer anymore, there is no quality check done. They just don’t care anymore.

Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for a 2 piece and 2 wraps. Order was wrong as well, asked for white meat was given the two smallest pieces of dark meat I’ve ever seen. And as I read thru other comments its seems this location has a big problem with getting food out. So that tells me that nothing is being done to fix the problem. Horrible leadership!!!

It was horrible, we ordered the wings with bones but they brought it without bones and even lied about it suggesting that we chose the boneless option, they are denying the truth. This place is horrible, never get anything from this, and the other worst thing is that they brought the boneless wings really small. HORRIBLE!!!!!
