This place was fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable & very efficient. We loved everything she recommended. We got the boneless wings with honey Sriracha sauce; which was delicious. I got the patty melt. I didn’t like the house sauce on it; but I enjoyed it after I rubbed it off. I loved the sauce with the beer battered onion rings. My husband got the smash burger which he ate the whole thing. Overall we loved it.

Just had an amazing meal at Fenders Diner in North Georgia! My wife and I tried the smash burger, and it was spot-on—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Cajun fries and their killer burger sauce really stepped up the whole experience.
They’ve also got a surprisingly big menu, and from what we saw coming out of the kitchen, every dish looked delicious. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even better.
If you’re in the area, definitely give Fenders a try!

Great food and outdoor atmosphere! The fried deviled eggs are sooo good! Also a pretty good list of beers with 12 on tap and at least 3 dozen cans and bottles.

Anna G and Natalie were awesome and gave use great local insight to the area parks and hiking trails!

When looking forward come back. ️

Food was good. Loud outside when train comes by. Waitress was very knowledgeable and polite. Waited 50 minutes for food; was told they were short on kitchen staff. Maybe we’ll try it another time.

My husband and I stopped by Fenders Diner for dinner while we were out driving around the area and we’re really glad we did. This place has such a fun retro diner atmosphere and the staff made us feel welcome right away.

I ordered one of their smash burgers and it was excellent — cooked just right with great flavor. My husband went with the shrimp and grits and absolutely loved it. We also tried the fried deviled eggs everyone talks about and they were better than expected!

The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. You can tell they take pride in their food and service. We also noticed some of their breakfast items like the cinnamon roll pancakes that looked amazing, so we’ll definitely be back for breakfast in the future to try those!

If you’re anywhere around Cornelia and want a good meal with a cool diner vibe, this place is well worth the stop. My husband and I will definitely be coming back soon on our next visit through the area!

Really cool diner! Good food for a diner but the experience is EVERYTHING! We had a lot of fun at this place, I had the Fender Melt and the Buffalo Wrap, I’d recommend the Fender Melt and their burger, their cheese fries were awesome. Great place to go for some good food and atmosphere. The service was awesome!

Really outstanding club sandwich that really hit the spot! Service was super fast and as good as it gets, even despite them hosting a large event outside. Wasn’t cheap, but then again nothing is these days.

Went in right after opening, greeted promptly by a friendly young lady. We had a dog and had to be seated outside, she was the only one working that morning so we felt bad she would have to be running around. We expected mid service but she was excellent and took great care of us. The atmosphere was nice inside and out. Our breakfasts were delicious!! Our meals came with lots of fresh fruit! The biscuit and grit cake were very unique! French toast was phenomenal, it comes out dark but it’s not burnt (read some dumb bad reviews that were inaccurate ) Would definitely visit again when in the area!

Fender’s Diner in Cornelia, GA, has been on my radar for years, and I’m glad I finally made it! I arrived right when they opened to avoid the typical evening crowds, and I had an amazing experience.

Let’s start with the appetizers, which were phenomenal. The Fried Mac & Cheese Bites were crispy on the outside and perfectly creamy on the inside—a must for any mac and cheese lover. They came with a side of ranch, which added a nice touch. Then there were the Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, which were a total surprise. Their unique shape and bold flavor made them an instant favorite. And lastly, the Fried Deviled Eggs—topped with thick bacon and fried to perfection—were unforgettable. Fried deviled eggs might just ruin the traditional version for me.

For my main dish, I went with the Breakfast Burger, and I’m so glad I did. It featured a smashed patty topped with cheese, bacon, lettuce, a fried egg, and a tasty sauce. The burger was juicy and flavorful, though a little messy (but that’s how you know it’s good). The bun held everything together well. And let’s talk about those onion rings—the crunch is unmatched. If you’re an onion ring fan, Fender’s is the place to be.

To end the meal, the waitress surprised me with a green apple cotton candy. I hadn’t had cotton candy in years, and it was such a fun and nostalgic treat.

Beyond the food, the retro diner ambiance is worth mentioning. The vibe feels like stepping back in time, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive.

If you’re near Cornelia, Fender’s Diner is a must-visit for great food, friendly service, and a nostalgic atmosphere. Whether it’s a burger, a snack, or even dessert, you’ll leave satisfied and probably planning your next visit.

⭐ Rating: 5/5 – Incredible food, stellar service, and an unforgettable dining experience!

The atmosphere here gets a 10/10. Great ambiance and look! It had a real 50’s diner feel, but with modern updating. It was beautifully decorated for the season. The waitstaff was very kind and welcoming! We ordered the Crispy Deviled Eggs, which we were quite curious about and excited to try. They left us a bit disappointed. But our main meals were fantastic! One person had the Keto Bowl and was very impressed with the flavor, fried chicken was awesome, and 2 of us had the breakfast. The cheddar biscuits were fantastic! And the grits came in a fried patty, which was unique. Very tasty!
