So disappointed in my salad today..it was full, full of brown and withered lettuce…because it was delivered I have to dispute the payment thrgh Door Dash. If I had my car I wld have returned it. And DoorDash didn’t make the salad, Chic Fila did.

So this particular night i went to get a salad and a kids meals . I asked for two extra eggs in my salad and one on the side and received one egg separated on the salad and on the side. I also asked for one avocado like ranch and one regular ranch and i didn’t get any type of dressing at all. I usually don’t have a problem with this chick fil a but i paid for something i did not receive and now they’re closed so i can’t go back tonight. I’m highly disappointed and i don’t even want my food. I will be there monday morning to be compensated.

The Chick-fil-A menu does not change. All they sell is chicken. Juicy golden brown chicken. I love Chick-fil-A’s chicken. I have never gotten bad service at this restaurant. One of the best places in Plant City!

We were there today around 4 pm. The young lady who waited on us was lovely. When we drove to the window to pick up our food, the 2 large cokes were taking some time. There was a guy dressed in a managers uniform talking away and looking away. The young lady said she needed the cokes as she was obviously uncomfortable with him yapping away. He snapped at her and barely handed her the drinks making her work to catch them.
He then ignored her and walked away.
If this were my daughter I would make her quit.
My husband has 350 people under him. He said I would fire that guy for the way he treated her.
The name on the order was Rene.
The young lady was upset but held it together. That manager was a bully and needs a good talking too.

This is one of the newer Chick Fil A restaurants, and it doesn’t disappoint! Would recommend mobile ordering, but dining in is just as good. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff was quick and very friendly to us.
The food here is very good. My spicy chicken sandwich has lots of flavor, and isn’t too spicy. The Mac and cheese is hearty, and the waffle fries have a good seasoning. Overall, Chick Fil A has good chicken and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Suzy is definitely a great example of quality customer service! Very clean restaurant with inspiring decor. We love to stop at this exit for this chik Fila. Just off i-4. We stop before our disney visits!!

The spicy CEC with biscuit is soooooo goooood. Fresh flowers in a vase on every table. Service with a smile and lots of sauce too, really awesome for breakfast!!! I also loved the Bible verse and display❤️
