I had a great dinner at Ruby Tuesday! I ordered the Impossible Burger along with the salad bar, and everything was delicious. It didn’t feel like a compromise at all—just a really good burger. Portions seemed very large.
The salad bar was fresh, well-stocked, and had a ton of options. Everything looked clean and inviting, and it was nice to be able to customize my plate exactly how I wanted.
Service was friendly and top notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love Ruby Tuesday. Drove out of my way to get there. Unfortunately I ended up walking out. This is the worst service I have ever had at just about anywhere. Waitress disappeared before taking my order. Waited and waited. Got up to see if I could find her. I finally asked the hostess when she walked by to get her for me as I was ready to order. Still nothing…waited…
Hostess apologized as I walked out the door without being able to order and apologized saying she told her (the waitress). I guess they don’t have a manager.
Update: I am changing my review. Shortly after posting this review I called Ruby Tuesdays to speak to the manager at the local restaurant to let the manager know of my experience. Turns out the manager was actually my waitress. She apologized profusely and explained that she was shorthanded that night and was having to tend the bar, put together all the to- go orders, as well as wait on tables. She said she ran out into the parking lot to try and catch me but missed me. She promised if I would come back in and give her another chance she would pay for my dinner. She did and was extremely sweet. I left her a good tip and I will be back again.

On a whim we stopped for dinner on our way home. I had to try the waffle cheeseburger, I asked to have bacon added, and let me tell you… YUM! It was savory and sweet! So delicious! Our waiter was kind, timely, and friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Not going to lie, i have slept on Ruby Tuesday for far too long. I finally came here and the menu is amazing. So many tasty looking options and so many creative dishes. I found my self having to come again so i could try other things because there were so many to choose from! Service was amazing. They also have a beverage bar as well as a salad bar. Highly recommend.

Our family loves coming to Ruby’s. We come here a lot and are always greeted with a friendly face and great service. There’s a good variety of options, and it’s always fresh and hot. My mom loves the salad bar! The general manager, Bryan, regularly checks in with everyone, which we appreciate.

Modern day CHEERS location, we always love coming here!! it is such an under rated & well kept secret in this area that is managed SO well! The entire staff are always super friendly & provide truly great service!! Evelyn, Cathy & Hillary are awesome at the bar and make THE best drinks!! The food is ALWAYS good & very consistent. AND, Trish is truly an outstanding manager! Would really love to see some upgrades made to the bar & bathrooms though…..
