The doughnuts from Krispy Kreme are always so good and so fresh. If you are there when the hot and fresh sign is lit up, then you know you’re getting a warm doughnut. When we went in a worker gave us a warm doughnut while we waited in line to order. I would highly recommend an original glazed. This location was clean, and they also have Krispy Kreme hats which is a plus.

Ordered hot chocolate and coffee. So after watching six people walk in and order, I also watched them walk out. After something was said my order finally came out after another 5 minutes. Hot chocolate was not even full. Thought it was a joke.

Just ran in when the hot now sign was on in the morning. Store was clean, nice workers, and great donuts! Krispy Kreme donuts when they are hot melt in your mouth. So good!! A great, sweet treat if you are around this location.

I have to say that my Krispy Kreme donut exprience today was very disappointing. I saw where the store opens at 6 am so I arrived at 7 am looking forward to fresh hot donuts. I went inside so that I could asked for the freshest possible. I was told that they do not start to make donuts until after 8 am. What, this is a fresh made donut shop in the morning. Well I had no choice but to purchase yesterdays product. What really supprised me is that I had to pay over $17 including tax for yesterdays olds. Very, very dissapointing. An expensive, wasted eight mile round trip.

I went to this Krispy Kreme location twice on my vacation there this past week. Once on the 18th in the morning and on the 21st in the morning and both days I got stale donuts that had to be from the previous day. I have never had an issue with Krispy Kreme before. On 18th the donuts were stuck to the box because they were not fresh. And on that day, also the young lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. And on the 21st, which was this morning we stopped by there on the way out of town and got two dozen and I knew as soon as I bit into a donut they were not fresh. I will not be stopping at this location ever again. I am not going to another website to leave a review. This is all you need to know in this paragraph

The Manager Crystal is an absolute treasure. She is the kindest, most pleasant person my husband and I have ever met in the Knoxville/Pigeon Forge part of Tennessee. The people here are pretty horrible, but she stands out above all the others. I just wanted to recognize her for a moment because she is what customer service is all about. My husband and I are leaving this area after being here for a few weeks to see if we wanted to move here.… We both agree that we do not. But I did not want to leave the city without giving kudos to your manager, who is the only person in the last three weeks to make me smile.
