Who doesn’t like ice cream, but the quality of the burgers seems to less than the past, while the fries were stale tasting the strawberry shake was incredible, even the grandkids complained about the fries and these kids are fry experts. The bathroom had to be cleaned before I could use it, if their not going to keep the toilet clean they should at least keep the cleaners so their accessible to person’s dining in when the food runs through you.

TOTALLY AMAZING!!! Got my Grilled Chicken with Strawberries and Poppyseed Salad. DELICIOUS AS USUAL!!! With cottage cheese. Got 2 White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream 1/2 gallons to go…cause it is AWESOME! and I’ll share with Wonderful friends! Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Thank you so much!!!

I shop the Fresh Market items saving me from having to go to the grocery store. I buy milk, ice cream, eggs, sour cream, frozen dinners, sandwich meats and some fresh vegetables including potatoes.
It’s close to my home and convenient and the food is always fresh.

The food was good, similar to other Braum’s locations. There’s plenty of seating available as well. I gave them a 4/5 because they could do a better job keeping the place clean. Would highly recommend getting their cappuccino chunky chocolate ice cream flavor, it’s by far their best.

It took 15 minutes in the drive thru. That’s 5 minutes faster than last time. Two people were ahead of me. The portion size is half of what it was and it cost a dollar more per sundae. The second photo is also off their reviews. From a year ago. Both banana splits.

Awful attitude here at the Lewis location. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with the employees here but today was the tipping point. I have the most simple order and I say it very clearly in the drive thru trying to make life easy on all of us. Anyways I get to the second window and the young girl working gave me my food and drink but there is no braums sauce or ketchup so I wait patiently for her to notice I need something. She swings open the window and says “what’s wrong” with disgust and I ask for my sauces and as she shoves my sauces at me she snaps “order ahead next time” I say I did and she tells me they didn’t ring it in and closes the window on me. From the receipt I obviously ordered ahead and it was rang in. Usually I wouldn’t be upset but she needs to know this was not my fault and to be kinder to people because you don’t know what is going on in their lives. This meal was a treat for me after having a very stressful life altering few days. So let me get my braums sauce in peace, ma’am.

Bad location. Problems with staying accurate with orders, terrible customer service, and using bad products in their make line. I called corporate to warn them about rancid whipped cream being sold here after I bought a bad can, showed up a week later and ordered three sundaes but each of them had the soured cream so clearly nothing was done about it. I came in with one of the sundaes as proof but threw the others away, told them their whipped cream is sour and they didn’t believe me, wouldn’t even taste it to see. They kept pointing to the expiration date and I kept telling them to taste it and see, but they wouldn’t. I asked for a refund, but they said they wouldn’t refund me without a receipt — even though I was there ten minutes earlier talking to the one who served me through the window, had a sundae in my hand, and I showed them the pending charge with their store number on my bank app to prove I was just there. Nothing.
They said they could remake my items, but I told them I have no guarantees that any of the ingredients they’re using are fresh so I was not interested in replacements. They demanded the items back anyway even though they couldn’t refund any of it and having it remade was not an option. At that point I walked out because the manager was giving me an attitude and I was over it. Go to any Braum’s location other than this one. If you shop here, you do so at your own risk — hang on to your receipts.

Left without order. Refunded. Drive thru had 7 cars and was not moving. Decided to go inside and place a to go order. There was ONE order ahead of me. I placed my order with no problem. After a few minutes other customers came in order (5 or 6). 25 minutes later 4 customers that came in after me, with large orders, had received their orders and left. I saw at least 6 employees, they were not understaffed. Customers did come in all at once, they were not overly busy. I will not return to that location.
