Wingstop 62 street is the Best. Chicken always fresh and on time most times, but no longer than 5 extra mins. Not bad at all. Staff is really nice and courteous and friendly I like that and restaurant was clean bathroom also love it.

Wingstop first-timer and EVERYTHING was a 10/10 I ordered a few things to try the hot honey chicken tenders were amazing, Parmesan fries were sooo good. Got the 6-piece wing combo (half lemon pepper, half garlic parm), and don’t even get me started on the Cajun corn… OMG I’m seriously impressed. 10/10.

This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever tried. EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is messed up. Either fries are missing, drink size and flavor is incorrect, the place is dirty, no napkins, no straws. And there are always ppl outside the business aggressively asking for money. The area itself is shady, parking is a mess. You spend your hard earned money to treat yourself and every single time I buy food from this place, I regret it and should have just cooked. This place needs to close down or higher an actual manager that cares about customer service.

I gave 1 star because zero was not an option. Placed my order which came to $12.19. I gave the cashier (if you want to call her that) a $20 dollar bill. She gave me my receipt along with my change which should have been $7.81, but gave me $7 and walked away. I thought she was going to get my change, but she just came back not even acknowledging me. I told her you only gave me $7, she said I don’t have . 81¢ to give you. Her and I were going back and forth but what was crazy she didn’t see anything wrong with not giving a paying customer their full amount of change. So I asked for the manager which was not help. Another customer tried to give me change but I did not accept it because it’s not about that. Let me decide if I want you to keep my . 81¢.She didn’t offer to give me $1 which would have been an additional . 19¢ she would have been given me a long with my . 81¢. So I just asked for a refund. I gave the manager the $7 back and she tried to give my $13. I told her what is this I gave you back $7 so you should be giving me $20. I don’t know what kind of thing they got going on. But I told them that they all were out of their minds to think I was wrong. I personally don’t know how that place is still open for business. I cashier is a straight nut job. I was just trying to help out a guy whose down on his luck who was hungry. I took him next door and got him some Asian food and they gave me my correct change.

Jesus christ is it a pain to be here. I ordered my food through uber eats and they gave the order to the driver incorrectly, i tried getting a refund with uber, it was a $90 order and they refunded me $11 . I had to come pick up the food because I wasn’t gonna stay robbed like that, I called them when I was about to head out so they could remake it and have it be fresh by the time i got there…they did not do that so i requested to have it re-made AGAIN when I got to the store. The lady told me it was going to be 15-20 minute wait and I was already stressing about that because I’m on my break at work I only have 30 minutes and that isn’t enough to do anything. I basically say okay and I sit and wait, it’s been an hour and I still haven’t received my food, every time I ask about it (which i’ve only done twice) the lady gets all bitchy and annoyed that i’m worried about my order. I swear the customer service is so shitty here like it’s not even worth the food anymore. It’s genuinely so stressful the environment is terrible and they don’t even seem hygienic. The lady at the register is literally eating a snickers bar and chewing gum while taking orders like that’s so unprofessional. After an hour and 30 minutes I just received my order and they had forgetting the dipping so I had to wait for that too. Someone also stole my drinks so they have to remake those. safe to say i’ll never come here ever again.

We were running errands again and weren’t going to make it home for dinner. So.it was dinner on the run tonight. We hadn’t been here in a long time.
We ordered the Lemon Pepper 12 piece wings. They weren’t as juicy as they used to be or as big, but it was ok, and we were hungry. We split the order, 6 each. Served with ranch dressing and celery sticks. They need to do better.
Service was quick as we ordered ahead online for take-out. There is a small seating area with a TV if you like. The employees were friendly and quick. It was around 6:30 pm. and busy.
Parking is right out in front of the store or anywhere else in the parking lot. Wheelchair accessability.

I placed my order for 20 wings when I got home I only had 14 fourteen wings instead of 20.
The wings that I did receive appeared to have been rushed in prep and cooking.
I called the store and I was told the manager was to busy to talk to me about my shortage to call back
It appears that there’s a Lot to be desired in Management at this location.

Going off by experience and reviews, this location site needs some type of inspection, change of workers or just shut down entirely. I ordered for delivery and the wait time was ridiculously long. Aside from that, when I finally received my order I could tell that the wings I ordered were completely old and stale. There was barely any sauce, the pieces were very SMALL, and everything was just cold and chewy. Don’t make the same mistake I did, and READ the reviews before ordering. Find yourself another location, you’d be better off. Needless to say, im not eating my order. What a waste of my time and $34.85 down the drain.

I ordered a 4 pc Hot Honey Rub chicken tenders. When I received the tenders as I was eating them I noticed the tenders was completely RAW AND UNCOOKED! I called the store immediately to report the problem and the cashier was apologetic and asked if I could send her a pic and she can tell her higher manager! She said her name was Remeka. She called me back and said they would give me a refund and a new fully cooked order! When I arrived back at the location, they notified the in store manager at the time, she said her name was Nicole. She is the heavy set with dreads. She came to me and said no it’s one or the other! Very unsympathetic to the fact that her cook literally gave me RAW AND UNCOOKED chicken tenders and that I ate two of them. She was not trying to correct this serious situation where I could literally get sick from eating raw food. Her attitude was not very helpful and she wanted me to escalate the situation and have me report it as oppose to resolving this serious matter in store. She said remeka was not the manager on duty, she was! I explained to her that I ate two of the raw tenders and it was like she completely did not care. She said I can receive a refund or a remake of the order! I’ve been to high end restaurants where they would (COMP) ur food for situations like this and not make u still have to pay! This was extremely unprofessional and she had not desire to fix it. It was just 4 tender! I’m completely disgusted. No apology from her or anything. I can literally get salmonella poisoning from eating the tenders and she didn’t care! I told her give me the refund and her name and that I’m going to report it. She still didn’t care! She said her name was Nicole but idk if she was lying.
