we got the 3 Meat Plate with sliced brisket(2 pieces), chicken breast(3 pieces), kielbasa(6 pieces). 2 sides, mac&cheese, and bbq baked beans. the chicken was good. the kielbasa was good, the brisket was tough. the mac&cheese was dried out. it tasted like reheated leftovers. the bbq beans looked like canned bush’s beans, and tasted like it too. we got the original bbq sauce, it was good. the blondie brownie, was a small pre-packaged brownie. I’ve eaten in store before and I honestly thought it was better. I probably won’t order delivery again.

It is usually such a great experience, but today the brisket was too dry to eat without a drink. You shouldn’t be able to spin yarn out of your dinner. . We ordered an extra pound of sliced brisket to go when we placed our original order and the staff was unable to refund for food we didn’t received because the manager Rose was not available.

This is totally unacceptable

After waiting several weeks for Rose to send a confirmation of refund i ended up having to get my credit card provider involved. Thank God for American Express.

Avoid this location at all costs, or at least ask to see the food before you pay. This manager promising a refund then ghosting us is completely unprofessional. Shame on you Rose.

Jacob and Danielle were great at helping us make our food choices and Brylee was all smiles at the ordering counter. The food was hot and very delicious! Came out quick too! Been here before and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately this was my worst experience ever at a Dickeys. First they didn’t have half of the menu available. The worker was nice but very indifferent. She put together my order in record time. I could tell all my food had just been sitting around and it was barely edible. Not hot , not fully cooked. I love Dickeys but wont come to this location again

I had the 2 meat plate. Brisket and pulled pork. Both were great! Both were not stringy or dried out. Excellent flavor. Served with a Texas garlic toast, BBQ Baked Beans, and fries. All of it was awesome! I even had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The staff was quiet, nice, and helpful. I’ll go back!

Service is 5-star at this location! The brisket was pretty yummy, as you can see from the photos it’s a generous portion.
Not a fan of hot (temperature) BBQ sauce but they have three types sitting by the drink station for self service.

First time ever trying this place. Absolutely disgusting . Dried out food , no flavor, would’ve asked for refund but 30 minutes away and didn’t want to drive back. Looks like old food I got served .

I like Dickey’s BBQ. It has always been very good. First time at this location. We don’t have Dickey’s near home. The last time we visited Dickey’s (near Austin Texas) was about 4 years ago. Prices have almost doubled. It was about $45 for two plates and two drinks. I would give five stars but the price is too much. The food is still very good and the atmosphere was interesting with various pictures and other related country bbq decor. There were three workers behind the counter. We stood at the “order here” sign for a couple of minutes before anyone said anything to us. This was ok as we were still perusing the menu. If we had been ready or if others were in line behind us it would be different. Overall not a horrible experience. I will return but will look for special prices that make a less expensive dining experience.

This place has really gone down hill! Meat was dry, BBQ sauce tasted like ketchup and they now charge you for the sauce, mashed potatoes looked and smelled like baby food, potato salad was not good, no longer has the ice cream machine, no longer gives the yellow cups, portions are smaller, feels like a fast food restaurant but with worse food. We used to love eating here. We won’t be coming back.

Ordered online and paid for brisket and ribs. App said 2p pickup time. Got to Dickey’s and they were closed with a sign saying “Closed due to maintenance issues”. No answer on phone and mailbox isn’t set up to leave a message. Not sure how I’ll get the money back for this order, but don’t order online.
