My kids enjoy the food. Good value and portions. We always get chow mein and orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp also a favorite. A big plate with a large side of chow mein can feed three with leftovers. They get busy at meal times, so order ahead.

Really appreciate Panda for staying open on a full snow day (Jan 26) when most chains were closed. The staff was welcoming and worked hard despite the conditions. 1. I had takeout dinner, fried rice, kung pao chicken, string bean chicken. Also took orange chicken as side. Kung pao chicken is good. String bean chicken is ok.
2. Peach lychee tea is good but too cold. If you like cold, you will love it. It’s refreshing. Not too much sugary.
3. Costs about $20 for single person for decent meal.
4. Service is good. Decent environment. They have restroom.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences recently at the Panda Express in Mason.
First, this location often makes customers pay before food is ready when dishes are being refilled. I normally don’t mind, but while waiting I noticed I had an offer in the Panda Express app. They refused to apply it because I had already paid — even though I still hadn’t received my food. I even asked if they could refund and re-ring the order so the offer could be used, but both staff and the manager said no. The situation could have been handled with much better customer service.
Second, I ordered a plate with white rice, orange chicken, and broccoli beef. I was told it would be a 10–15 minute wait for more beef, but right after paying they handed me my food and said it was ready. When I got home, it was mostly broccoli with only a few pieces of beef.
I understand they get busy, but the communication, consistency, and overall customer experience need improvement.

I came in today for lunch and I had to wait for Kung pao chicken. I was ok with that sense I wanted the fresh. However the guy taking my order was completely rude and for that reason I won’t be coming back. It’s never ok to rudely look at someone and then proceed to laugh in their face over something I wanted. Until he’s gone I will no longer eat here. He was wearing all black. Not only that but as I waited he proceeded to have an inappropriate conversation with another worker. To me this speaks volumes on how the company is ran.

Good service and the food is hot and fresh. My only complaint is the fried rice is a bit bland and I couldnt find any condiments… Like sugar for the tea that was also very bland. The chicken felt a bit too much breading. Not a lot of meat.

I have been wanting Panda Express for weeks. The closest one to us is about 45 minutes away. We are staying in Cincinnati over night and I had to order Crab Rangoon, fried rice and Walnut Shrimp. Everything was so good! It was worth the wait. If you haven’t tried the Walnut shrimp you need to do it! So worth it!

Went in at about 7pm on Christmas Eve as a last minute dinner plan with my husband. The food line was fully stocked. The food was hot and as fresh as Panda Express gets. The staff handled the crowd well. I’ve been to multiple Panda Express locations in Washington State and often was disappointed. This location exceeded my expectations.

This place was busy when I got there, it seemed to move pretty fast though. I had never been here before, so as a beginner we take more time, but the staff was very patient and helpful. My food was fresh and very good, when had just gotten there right after the lunch rush the place was a little disorganized but again after the lunch rush. We really enjoyed the food and service, thank you.
