As an avid “4 for 4” connessour, I was disturbingly surprised that when ordering on the app and picking up at this location, it’s $5 for the meal. Why is it even called a 4 for 4 when it costs 5 bucks???? Other locations nearby have the correct pricing displayed. Other than that, the food and service was great.

Clean. Friendly service. Dine in or take out but as of 2/13/21 drive through only. Delivery can go through drive through as of currently. Plenty of parking. Off main highway. Sometimes this location doesn’t have certain items on the menu and sometimes do not have the exact change.

We used the drive thru. The order went through fine with the employee taking having decent customer service. One meal was missing but the Mgr who was there was sweet and ran it our to our car as we were asked to pull forward. We did not eat inside but I would imagine a standard fast food restaurant. I’m a customer service critic so I’d like the skills to be a bit better, but it was all around a nice experience. The food was fresh and delicious so we will definitely return back to that Wendy’s

It was beyond disappointing. I went for a drive thru mobile order and when I gave my name to the worker, they told me that they had already given my order out. I was beyond confused, so I tried to ask them if there was anyway I could get a receipt, since the app wasn’t allowing me to refund it because the order was already marked as processed.
I even showed them the receipt on the app with my name and the time of the order, but the manager stepped in and was very blunt about the fact that my order was gone. That they couldn’t give me a receipt or remake it. I left a complaint on the app, and hopefully things get resolved. Overall, the service was below expectations, and no one was helpful. It truly felt like they just wanted us gone.

1. They close whenever they feel like it. I just stopped by on a Friday night it’s 11:30pm they decided to go ahead and close even though hours are til 12am
2. Salads are old. Nothing is fresh at this location I always make it a point to go to the Wendy’s on Pleasant Hill instead
3. They ALWAYS take your order and tell you to go park at the the pick up spots, therefore taking longer to get our food. These young kids working at this location are rude and don’t care for customer service

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The service was below expectations, and the individual who appeared to be the manager spoke to both customers and employees in a rude and unprofessional manner. I could hear his comments through the headset, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the establishment, and I hope it is addressed promptly.

I ordered the summer strawberry salad, it it super delicious, from another planet, 100% recommend, it is for limited edition so you need to hurry to get one of these delicious salads, you would not regret it, oh and also the service was pretty good, they serve the food really fast

Unfortunately, my experience at this Wendy’s wasn’t the best. The service was very slow, and there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff. I didn’t feel very welcomed, and the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I hope management can address these issues, because I’ve enjoyed Wendy’s in the past and would love to have a better experience next time.
