The Smoked Taco, is awesome. American Fork has always been the best! It beats Pleasant Grove and Murray every time. They have better portions, better preparation for the cheese and meats which in turn helps make it look and taste even better. Murray is new and they are still learning, but take from a foodie like me go to AF if you want the best Smoked Taco.

Walked in because we were curious. Saw the prices and thought, “What the heck?!” so ordered only one taco to see if worth the price. Holy guacamole! It was tasty! Thank you NATE for the great recommendation on the first taco. It was filling, delicious, and tortilla stayed in tact. We ended up ordering two more and they too were so tasty! Nate sure knows their menu and what to recommend. A different but tasty taco experience. We will definitely be back!

This place is delicious. BUT. Just a heads up to the owner. The last two times I’ve been here the product has been terrible. Last time I got it delivered and the bang bang had 0 toppings. Just shrimp and tortilla. Whatever not a big deal. I’m here now and my tacos are cold. They were handed to me and the guac was like straight out of the freezer. Tortillas are cold. They just look sad. You’re wayyyy understaffed and it’s affecting a good product making it not good.

I ordered the Gringo and the Hot Chick. Both were great. The gringo was loaded with brisket and yummy toppings, I would order it again. The hot chick was a unique flavor combo with the corn tortilla, fried chicken, and the hot honey. It wasn’t too spicy, I liked it! I just wish the chicken was a little bigger and more fresh. The churro fries were fun, but nothing too crazy, idk if I’d order them again.
We will be coming back. Very fun restaurant, kind of reminds me of Torchy’s tacos.

OK folks … do not sleep on this place. Holy smokes the food is amazing! I took 10 people here tonight and we tried a ton of food. Everyone liked it. Loved it. The smoked meat nachos are MASSIVE and so good. And the loaded mesa fries so dang good and massive. We brisket and Fri tip on those. They are very big and can easily feed 2-3 people per loaded mesa died or smoked meat nachos. The Gringo was a favorite among the group as was the Fleeing Cal. We got the churros with Nutella strawberries and cream and they were delicious. Staff was so nice and helpful and very kind. Food delivery was so fast. Just an overall amazing place.

The staff was very aware and made sure everything was gluten free and to avoid cross contamination. The food was made hot and fresh. Delicious and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend trying it!

The best new food restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Wow! It was refreshing and delicious. I would give it ten stars if I could. I downgraded on atmosphere because they were listening to some horrible music. It can be fun to listen to the music that the staff likes to hear but not when it is just noise with no tune.

A guy came around to our table and asked us to leave a review so here it is. I was very disappointed with the portion size. I’ve always grabbed a fork with my tacos to scoop out the good stuff that falls out of there overstuffed tacos. This time, no fork was necessary. The tacos were about half as full as usual. Nothing was falling out. The coconut shrimp taco had only two small shrimp. Half my bites had no shrimp on them. It’s disappointing considering how awesome their portion sizes used to be. I could justify paying 5-6$ per taco. This experience did not justify those prices. See picture for measly coconut shrimp taco. If you know smoked taco you know this is unusual. Or that it at least used to be.
