We had a solid experience at Chili’s on our recent visit. We were seated quickly with no wait, which was a great start to the meal.
My wife ordered the Triple Dipper as her dinner, and it didn’t disappoint. Everything came out hot, well-seasoned, and the variety made it a fun and satisfying entrée. I had the Shrimp & Steak Sizzling Fajitas, and the skillet arrived with that classic Chili’s sizzle. Both the shrimp and steak were cooked nicely and had great flavor.
The food overall was very good—fresh, flavorful, and prepared well.
Service was friendly and attentive without feeling overbearing. Our drinks stayed filled, and the timing of everything was smooth.
The atmosphere was typical of Chili’s: casual, comfortable, and lively without being too loud.
Overall, it was a reliable, enjoyable dinner and exactly the kind of easy, no-stress meal we hoped for just stopping off for a meal on our way through.

I had a good waitress but the food was absolutely terrible. First I sat for over an hour waiting for my food, just to find out that my order was never submitted. Then after a long wait I got my food, which I ordered a half rack of ribs and 2 sides, and it was still cold. I was offered a new meal and I said I’d prefer a refund. Then I get my check to also find out I was going to get over charged for something. Very disappointing experience

The food was average I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again but it wasn’t awful. I think the issue is that a lot of the food was oily and greasy. I still eat at Arby’s and Wendy’s but maybe they need to lower oil and add more flavor. I also think they are missing a wow factor. Or perhaps we missed that food option.

Family of 4; we were seated quite promptly. Our server, Grace, was exceptional. I’ve bn to Chili’s in NC, TX, Bahrain and Kuwait, this was definitely up there. Loved the smashed burger, the dragon fruit lemonade was good (but a lil too sweet). The check out process was seamless. Will definitely return. Shout to our server though, Grace was a lil bit timid in the beginning, but she warmed up to us and was outstanding. Checked all the basics: Appearance, salutation, communication, non-verbal cues, food service, attentiveness, timely refills, to-go packaging. She was the best. My 14 yo daughter said she was the best server she’s ever encountered. And trust me, that’s a huge compliment coming from her, having been exposed to zillion servers in over 20 countries.

Super staff and food! The manager was so nice & we had Heather for a server. She was excellent! We were traveling through and the hospitality was above and beyond. Highly recommend. A usual spot for us. A Friday so we knew it would be rowdy. Highly understaffed. Waitress did her best. Yet felt ignored and undervalued. The food as of late is wayyy salty. Wish Carlisle had better options. It is what it is. Could be better, yet don’t think it will change.

Ordered about 100.00 in to go food from this restaurant worst food experience ever. I will not ever eat anything else from chili’s establishment again. You are cheating customers on the portions of the food, quality, just all around bad food not been covered and properly package. The employees at this location are all lazy and should be fired. I will be putting the pics on social media to inform other people not to waste there money time eating at a disgusting place like chilis.

The food is tasty especially for the price but this young lady goes out of her way to take care of us and to make sure everything is good.
