When visiting from Australia, I was asked by my local to Boston family what I would like especially to try when in Boston
Lobster rolls came to mind and the Original Tommy Doyle’s i have been told is meant to be one of the best in the greater Boston area. It did not miss the mark and definitely met all expectations
Apart from the good feed, we were very well looked after by our waitress – Erin – who did it all with a warm smile and kind words. Made the whole experience dining here all the better and so very memorable
Until my next trip back to Boston, will be dreaming of coming back here from 10,000 miles away

Had a great experience here thanks to the amazing staff! Charlotte, Erin, and Chrissy all made me feel so welcome in their own unique ways.
Charlotte was super calm and professional — very friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Erin brought so much energy and fun to the table, and Chrissy was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always checking in to make sure we were doing okay.
It’s rare to have a team where everyone shines like this. Great service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Found this place my accident on our way back from Ikea and it was a pleasant surprise! The staff greeted us immediately, we sat in the room away from the bar but honestly the bar was not rowdy, the sports on tv was load enough to hear but not blaring. The food was Amazing with large positions and our waitstaff, Erin was attentive and personable. we will make this our ‘go-to’ when we are in the area!!

I really like it! The beef was incredibly tender with a silky texture! The mashed potatoes were light and fluffy, with a rich, buttery flavor that added a comforting depth to the dish. Paired with the sweet, perfectly cooked scallops, everything came together beautifully! Would 100% recommend! (^o^)/

We headed over after checking out the reviews. It did not disappoint! The service was excellent and friendly just like so many have experienced. Our server, Kelly, was absolutely terrific. Made us feel like regulars at this very popular local spot. Had the prime rib sandwich and fried haddock and clam strips, both with tots. We loved everything! The service was very fast and Kelly was checking on us regularly. Played some Keno (fun!) and enjoyed some Boston Creme Pie to finish off our dinner. We loved this place even more than we expected to. Believe the great reviews. ☺️

Visiting from Alabama. I found this restaurant via Google search and stopped by for dinner. If you’re looking for an environment with incredible patrons and staff, this is the place. The food was amazing! I actually ate dinner here by myself one night, then the people I was visiting (locals) suggested it for dinner. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the area but totally recommend stopping here for dinner. Over two evenings I ordered the fried calamari, steak and cheese, baked and stuffed shrimp, and clam chowder. All were over the top except for the steak and cheese. It needed more cheese and seasoning. 100% recommend!

This is a great little place with really good Irish food and good selection. I have tried several items on the menu and been very satisfied. Because I go during the week around lunch time it’s hard to find a good server but each time I have been my server has been quite attentive and very nice. The atmosphere is okay but very quiet when I go there but again this could be because of the time I go. I had the Reuben this time with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were delicious and cooked perfectly. The Reuben was also delicious and it had a very good ratio of meat to cheese to bread. The bread was crunchy and buttered lightly for a very well made sandwich. My uncle had the seafood platter and he enjoyed it very much saying it was lightly fried and not over fried and everything came out hot. It was really good.

I had the order delivered. Asked for prime rib cooked medium rare and get it almost well done. Worthless piece of meat not happy with the price I paid for it when the cook can’t read medium rare. I called was told it was red when it went into the box and keeps on cooking in the box. That is the Asinine Excuse for a poor meal. Then she hangs up on me.

Great place for good food at an amazing value. Got lobsters for a special occasion and couldn’t be more satisfied with the restaurant. Big portions!! I ate and had leftovers enough for lunch
