We always stop at this location when visiting family in the area. Get Ella to make your drink – she is the absolute best and it’s perfect every time! Now I just need her to move to my local Starbucks and teach them how to make a drink 😉

Lowkirkuinely I just wanted the Mr beast drink and I ordered it the other day through the app and when I got there I asked for a few pumps of classic. When I received my drink it literally just looked like a light pink lemonade. I figured since I since I had previously placed the order they may have had to stir everything in. When I placed my order today, I received a very ugly pink lemonade with a three pieces of fruit on it. I lowkirkuniely do not care enough to go back around in like to tell them they’ve messed up my drink constantly, but for a $6 drink I wanted the beautiful ombré and flavors which I did Not get. The photo is what I got tho and what it supposed to look like. I got it from tullahoma yesterday and it was gorg tho

We had trouble with the Starbucks ap, the barista happily worked it out for us. We were greeted in and out. The chai and cappuccino were prepared correctly as ordered. Clean restrooms. It was a great stop right off the interstate highway. Easy in and out.

Wow!!! A great Starbucks experience!! I ordered a Venti pumpkin spice latte with only 2 pumps of pumpkin (don’t like it sweet) and it was perfect. The young ladies at the window asked if I would like a “pup cup” for my little dog… They were super kind and served with smiles. Great employees!! Whenever I pass through this area, I always stop at the Starbucks.

Wasn’t the usual Starbucks experience…. drink didn’t come perusal, (added 2shots to a caramel macchiato) still weak… nor Was I met with a friendly atmosphere.
Maybe it was one of those days or just a simple stereotypical situation I had to endure yet again, unfortunately either or I prolly won’t visit this location again, hopefully everyone else receives better customer service.
