As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Who does a shift change at 6p at dinner time and takes 15-20mins before they’re willing to take orders??? Corporate needs to step in to have this fixed to be either earlier or later on. This is a major inconvenience and then making people back up into parking spot until they’re ready. That’s definitely not okay.

Went through the drive thru only to have it take 20 minutes and after having to explain to the cashier 15 times what we actually ordered two combos with drinks. She hands us 4 drinks not sure what they are and is clearly having a hard time controlling her body movements… if you catch my drift. Had to drive around and get the other half of our order. Someone get her help.. food was great once we got it but whole experience made us nervous.

After ordering they had me circle back thru mobile pick up, which I would understand if I had a large order but I only had a #2 combo.

This store is amazing food is always fresh!! Management is amazing and always go above and beyond !!! By far only fast food restaurant me and my wife go to.!!! Highly recommend !!!!

I’ve never had any issues with the food/pricing/service until recently. Within the last 3 weeks, at different times of the day or evening, I’ve been told there’s a 15 minute wait because the system is restarting. It just seems like they didn’t want to take my order, hopefully thats not the case. But I wont be back anytime soon. I hope they figure it out, this was incredibly annoying and definitely changes the way I view this location.

Love the double mushroom and Swiss burger. Getting it Big Buford style is a challenge!! Wish they would put that on the menu!!!!! Their apple pies are the bomb!!!! Apples and caramel inside, then coated with cinnamon and sugar. I buy 2-4 every time I go there!!

I used to love rally season fries. Apparently they now cook their season fries in the same fryer vet that they cook their sweets in. As a person who doesn’t eat sweets, I did not appreciate my fries tasting like cinnamon sugar.

The staff are usually pretty nice, but this place should not allow doordash after 8pm. You don’t have the staff for it, no reason for a 20min wait on this fried food that fits in a palm sized bag. Goofy.

There was a female Assistant Manager who was working by herself due to call-ins on 8/16/25 around 9pm. She was so upbeat and friendly despite her unfortunate situation, and apologized that there might be a bit of a wait. As it turns out, there was next to no wait, our food was fresh and delicious, and she told us she hoped to see our smiling faces at Rally’s again soon. That cheerful greeting and exceptional service is not something we are used to in the fast food industry. This restaurant and that assistant manager deserve five stars in my book! Keep up the great work!

Was asked to stop at red pole after ordering( which took 10minutes and I was 2 nd in line!). Stopped at red post, then moved in up to window (about2 ft) and was told he would take my money but I had to go out & back around on the left side to receive my food because I didn’t listen when told to stop at red pole! How utterly ridiculous!! Then I saw 3 other vehicles have to do the same! Unacceptable & it took 30 minutes to complete buying a hamburger in the fast drive through!
