Asked for a large fries, w/ my supper – cause We all know they are the best fries goin’ … Got my bag o fries ($3.59), and was so very disappointed. Flaccid and woefully not large. To the credit of the Crew, when I politely pointed this out, they kinda fixed it. Seems a waste of, as the improperly done order got “tossed”, and while I certainly appreciate the efforts, perhaps We could stay w/ the process ?

Cleanliness gets a high score. The area is small. I am surprised because it’s a higher populated area. Tables are kind of scrunched together. The play gym is small as well. I would go again tho. Kids had fun overall.

This location always get you in and out fast. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are all friendly. The bathrooms here are always clean as well.

The slowest service imaginable. Newly renovated with all the new bells and whistles: table service food deliveries, ordering kiosks. All stupid because the food comes out at the same pace, slow. Waited over 10min for a hamburger. No apologies. Went in at 130pm on a sunday. About 4 customers in restaurant, total.

I am not sure why they got such a low rating, but this is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The manager is very polite and attentive. He will take his time to go around and check how customers are doing. That’s the first time I’ve seen that at McDonald’s. The orders were right on, the food was good, and the store was nice and clean. I usually review the bad, but I am compelled to compliment this store and its manager for the good job he did. Keep up the good work! McDonald’s should promote this manager to district manager. Good manager leads to good restaurant.
