Great experience at this Popeyes! This was my second visit in the last three weeks, and once again everything was excellent. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly, which made it easy to sit and enjoy a meal with my kids.
I don’t didn’t catch the name of the tall, dark-haired, pretty young woman who took my order, but she was wearing a grey shirt instead of the usual orange, so I believe she may have been in charge. Both times we’ve been there, she has provided outstanding service—very welcoming, polite, and patient. Her positive attitude really stands out and makes the experience even better.
The food was fresh and hot, with crispy chicken and generous portions. Overall, this location does a great job with fast service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back

Just bought this, and this as full as it was given to us. We bought 2 large Macaroni and cheese. And they both was not even full. I went to the site and saw a picture of someone setting at a table with food. And the Macaroni and cheese was all the way to the top.
This is not right after paying over $14.00 come on get real.. I can go to KFC and get a Macaroni and cheese bowl for the same price and it’s bigger.

It has been several bad experiences ago since I have eaten at a Popeyes. When we queried “who uses tallow to cook their chicken”, Popeyes popped up. We have stayed away from fried chicken because of the seed oils and mainly rape seed oils they are fried in. Probably too much information, sorry. This Popeyes blew me away! The food was great! The restaurant was super clean and great looking, and the employees were top notch. I would like to repeat all of that just for emphasis! What a great surprise! Needless to say, we will be going back for some chicken, red beans and rice, and coleslaw.
Update: I have revisited this Popeyes on four different occasions and haven’t been disappointed yet. Very good dining experience each time.

In the age of low expectations when it comes to customer service, this place has taken crown as the worse. I tolerated bad customer service from this restaurant in the past because it is convenient for lunch near work. The last time was the final straw and I am never going back. I ordered on the mobile app lunch. Upon arrival I was told they did not receive the order. Then I showed them my paid email receipt that it was ordered from their store. Again, the young girl behind the counter only said, “I don’t have it”. Then I asked since I have a paid receipt could I still pick up the order. All she said, literally was “I don’t have it” On the way out the door I asked again if there was anything they could do. Again, all she said is “I don’t have it”…

Prices in store don’t match online. I ordered 10 tenders and 3 sides and there’s a $8 different vs if I ordered them online vs at register. Be aware of that when you order i guess.

About every three to six months since opening we drop by this Popeye’s. After it first opened I was really disappointed with the service, speed, and cleanliness. If I rated at the time of those visits it would have been a one star review. Well, it looks like the word got out because today was a pleasant experience all the way around. It appeared all the employees were at their stations and doing their job. The establishment was very clean and the person that took our order was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Absolutely the best Popeye’s experience I’ve ever had at this location and because of that I will most likely be back sooner rather than later.

I came here, and ordered the basic #1 meal. My chicken was served lukewarm, it was very tender/tough and chewy! not only that, my fries tasted old. They weren’t warm, they were cold and soggy. I also asked for a sweet tea, and it came unsweetened. This place can’t seem to get it together, not only that, but the customer service was terrible. I wasn’t greeted, everyone was quiet, and they were just slouched over with a frown on their face. The food quality and service does not match the price!!

Waited 20 mins in drive-thru after paying and came back through to remind them about my order. I was told that it was coming and to pull up again. I told them no and that I would wait right there. Girl gave me an attitude and slammed the door. Got my food a few minutes later. Not sure why fries, biscuits, and tenders took over 20 mins. Manager apologized, however, will never go here again.

We come n get to large sides of Mac n cheese the pic in the profile shows full containers your paying almost 7 dollars for a large side n barely get half of the container not only is it a rip off for the price but it’s less than advertised they show in every advertisement full side containers for over 14 dollars for two sides you should get full containers go to kfc get theirs n get a bowl up to the lid n it’s the same price almost but it’s a full bowl. Come on give people what they are paying for
