Wait is forever to take the order at the drive-thru. Had to wait. Then they took our order. 6 people working. Pull up to the window They take our money give us our car back with no drinks. They pull us up after two cars were waiting. Thinking the food is going to be hot and fresh. It is not. Forgot to give us the drinks. Old chicken and fries sitting up under the fryer. Hard fries. Girl worker comes taking her time with no sense of urgency to get us our food. Forgot the drink so she had to go back in make the drinks and come back out. It almost seems like knowing cares about customer service at this store. I know a lot of people agree with this Mauldin Bojangles.
They also say they are closed at 9:30 p.m. there’s supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m.

Food quality isn’t 100% best considering my chicken i got was basically 70% burnt. Biscuits, fries, were really good, but my grilled chicken sandwich genuinely tasted like depression. The smell of the restaurant varies but its usually acceptable. The service was slow, took me 20 minutes just to get someone to accept my order. Would eat here again, but just for the biscuits.

First of all, that sign is a joke. It should be placed on the cash registers so the cashiers can actually read it! The service was terrible. It all started at the drive-through when I was asked to hold on for a minute, then I sat there for about eight minutes. As the only person in line, I decided to go inside. Once inside, it took a long time to get anybody to even come out and take my order. Once again, it was just me and one other person in the place. They weren’t sure if they could give me the food if it wasn’t made. At 3 o’clock in the afternoon, you don’t have food ready? Then, finally, 20 minutes later, I received my food. I wouldn’t have waited that long, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to get a refund because I had already paid for it. I got back to work 10 minutes late from my lunch break, only to find a cold chicken club sandwich and rubbery, cold Bo Rounds. So, I will definitely not be going back to that Bojangles ever again. The one on E. Butler Rd. in Mauldin is absolutely terrible and should be ashamed of itself! The employees were all just walking around like they were in a high school cafeteria, staying in the back, and nobody came to check on me or the other customer in the store.

The suck they’re slow you have to wait 20 minutes just to get your order taken wait another 20 for your food for it 9 times out of 10 to have something wrong I have type 1 diabetes and specified a diet drink and I got a regular I always upgrade to large so i wasted money there which isn’t a lot but it’s still frustrating next time I went I asked if they were sure it was diet and my reasons why and she gave an attitude (it wasn’t) she got pissed off when I asked for her to redo it and I really do always say please and stay respectful and apologize for any inconvenience as I work in the service industry myself and know how difficult it can be but it gets to a point. light ice also isn’t a full cup but how would they learn they because they’re too busy joking with one another making fun of guests rolling eyes at guests being on their phones seriously McDonald’s is a better choice than this place at least there you pay for what you get low prices so low service and even then their service is better

I only really go to this Bojangles at all because the one by BMW (a much better Bojangles btw) leads me to getting stuck behind the morning traffic when heading home.
This one’s services suck. They don’t ever give you utensils, napkins, or so much as a “thank you, have a nice day”
I don’t necessarily need the last part, but it would certainly make up for the fact that they’re not even doing your job right in the first place like getting a drink wrong (this has happened more than once)
This one girl in the morning shift just non-verbally shoves the food at you without even saying a word lmao

they asked if i wanted to wait 10 minutes on biscuits. i said sure they told me to pull into one of the spots on the right. mind you this bojangles isn’t even 10 mins from my house. i was gone for 45 mins. sat there for 25+ minutes waiting for 2 large #1 combos both with sweet tea. turns out they forgot about me and had my food sitting at the drive thru because as soon as i came in and said something about what was going on they just pulled it right up to the counter and all the had to say for themselves is sorry. this location is a joke they’re all lazy and move with no purpose and must all have short term memory loss

I regret not getting her name, but “Cashier 12” on Saturday, January 10 at around 10:30 AM was extraordinarily friendly. She went out of her way to greet us and make our visit perfect. She went above and beyond, and was very friendly.

I Stopped by omw taking my daughter to school which I rarely do. They have a special rn for 2 steak biscuits for 5 bucks but I didn’t mind paying for what I wanted which was a Steak Egg and Cheese biscuit and OMG…It was TERRIBLE. The egg was COLD so much so that the cheese did not melt!!! I took the cold piece of cheese off and trashed it….The steak was super greasy…..It really upset my stomach…….ALL I WANT IS SOME GOOD FOOD AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE…ESPECIALLLY WITH THESE PRICES THESE DAYS!!! I GUESS CHICK FIL A WILL KEEP GETTING MY MONEY!!!!!

Brittney (MANAGER) was very disrespectful, yelling inside the restaurant I’m assuming she was trying to get her point across! Also , she said I was being extra for asking for my drink ! Very Hateful and I will not ever go back there!! Hopefully CORPORATE WILL CALL ME ASAP !!
Not only disrespectful but she served me uncooked chicken, the Mac & cheese was old ! I’m waiting for Corporate to call me so we can discuss this matter !
