Honestly after tonight’s phone call with whoever had answered when asked about my door dash order. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if their was an option extremely rude tried saying it wasn’t showing on their screen the dasher showed them my order and was ignored himself she kept ignoring him when asked about it. When I asked to please make sure it is fresh she said she would “try” I asked what she meant by that and she said she would do her “best” and rudely hung up. uncalled for and unprofessional if you don’t like your job get a new one ♀️ I have kids and don’t want old food I’m also pregnant

always incorrect orders and they treat you badly if you ask certain employees for them to fix. their is some good people there though, not all are rude. the pics are from my double cheese what the crude sandwich that was supposed to be no onions. they literally hid them in between the patties and on bottom bun. disgraceful

I wasnt going to stoop to a google review but i have yet to hear anything from ownership or management from a previous complaint i filed on the website. I refuse to give this McDonalds any of my service and drive to nearby towns if i want any McD’s. The service,management and just overall running of this location is disgusting,atrocious and just down right trash. The fact this location is the worst restaraunt in Tiffin speaks volume and it shows on other social media platforms. My last 4 experiences have been absolutely terrible and the management is a joke and as a member of leadership myself,i cant believe the owner allows this location to be run like this. Ive seen reports of worms,cockroaches and i myself have walked in to there with food all over the kitchen floor,staff members looking like complete trash,management busy flirting and chatting on live streams. I tell everyone dont go to this location til the ownership actually shows they care. Again,i didnt want to stoop to publicly posting this on google reviews but my previous complaints directly to ownership have gone unheard and obviously this is getting responses.

Every single time we visit, our orders are wrong…and our visits are spaced out. When the Minecraft movie came out we took a group of kiddos and ordered six Happy Meals on the way. They only brought us five. We had to go back. We were missing items for the adults. Had to go back. Our next visit we ordered two triple cheeseburgers plain- they had onions. We had to go back. This last visit once again burgers were ordered plain but received onions. We had to go back and reorder…yet the order was wrong AGAIN. They have no sense of urgency and do not even seem phased when they mess up an order. They do not offer apologies or food items to make up for the time wasted trying to direct workers to make a correct order.
Save time and a headache and eat literally anywhere else. This isn’t just bad service this is poor management.

I order a quarter pounder with cheese, the bread on the bottom was soggy, and the first bite into the burger. It was all pink, this absolute ridiculous. I will never be coming here again. Went in to get it remade and they didn’t want to remake it and said “the red is within standards” when the burger was 100% pink and gave attitude with the comment. Every time within the last 2 months they have given attitude and been reluctant to fix the problems from cold coffee, the coffee being the completely wrong one to missing items. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

absolutely ridiculous no reason we sat there 30 minutes and never received our food didn’t get straws for our drinks. nothing i understand it gets busy but that was absolutely ridiculous. 0/10 didn’t even get our food because we wouldve been late for work.

Terrible. Floors are slippery. Food took forever. People behind the counter look greasy and dirty. My female friend said she saw the counter chick digging at her eyeballs in the bathroom. Food was hitting tho. Hopefully I don’t catch whatever they have….

My granddaughter and I just left there. It was AWEFUL. My food was
Cold. We waited forever for our food. We witnessed a woman come in holding a little long haired Pomeranian-chihuahua type dog, an employee who clearly knew her came out and grabbed the dog, petting and holding it. Then proceeded to go back behind the counter and work with food and serve orders!!!! No hand washing! Really? Then the same employee got into a rather loud argument with an elderly gentleman over his coffee order. He walked away. I felt bad for him as she proceeded to complain to anyone who would listen. It was a circus!

Always slow, food is always well below average, will sit at the drive-thru for 5 minutes with nobody in front of me before they even wait in me. I love counting how many cars go through taco bell while I wait for mine.

My fiance and I just left after spending half an hour in the drive-thru. We had to come back as we were given someone else’s order. This was probably not the server’s fault as two vehicles ahead of us had left just before getting to the checkout window. So I went inside with our receipt and proceeded to experience one of the worst customer service experiences I have witnessed. I got in and there was one customer that had been waiting for his order for an hour and a half, an order of simply two burgers. Another could see half his order sitting on a counter with “a mountain” of food unbagged as he put it. This gentlemen had to ask for his order three times before it was finally bagged and handed to him missing the fries that they claimed they were waiting on.
After waiting for about 20 minutes I finally received my original order, the only thing we were given correctly initially were our drinks. By this time my fiance and I had already been there almost an hour ourselves simply trying to get the food we ordered.
After getting home to finally eat, we lost our appetite after finding several hairs all over her two cheeseburgers she ordered and the fries were all overcooked. Needless to say, we ended up throwing away all the food we ordered and went to sleep for the night hungry because we wasted more than enough time waiting for food we ordered only to find someone’s hair all over it and overcooked fries.
After this atrocious customer service experience I cannot say I will ever be back to this location again and will NOT be recommending it to anyone, not unless they want overdone food and hair for a meal.
