I want to first start this off stating that my review is NOT based upon the service and workers as that was excellent. My review is based upon the amount of food now given. I realize this company shareholder value is more of a concern over the customers. But let me state this, your customers are what keeps you shareholders wealthy. The shareholders get to go on lavish vacations, buy nice homes, buy nice cars/trucks thanks to those walking in and ordering the food. However, that being said, now I see you have started using new containers that provide LESS food and for MORE money. I have been coming to Noodles and Company for many years and have been to MANY of the locations across the US. If this is your “new model”, I WON’T BE BACK. I’m sorry, but for $5.92 I could have gone too Walmart and purchased a Single Stouffer’s Spaghetti Frozen Microwave Dinner instead. The size of this container is NOT worth nearly $14.00, come on. Shareholders, GET WITH IT. Otherwise, your company will be placing “Permanently Closed” signs on the doors. This may work in California where you’re required to pay your workers $20/hr, but NOT in Salt Lake City Utah. AGAIN, this is NOT about the workers in this store as they are doing what they are told by upper management and corporate. It is being directed to the worthless Shareholders who most like never worked an actual REAL job in their life.

We were traveling and wanted something like this. It was better than expected but for the price the portions were small. But it tasted good. Would have given it 5 star if I didnt leave still a little hungry.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the BBQ pork Mac, and was given chicken instead. The Mac was undercooked and hard, the BBQ sauce tasted sour and old, and there were enough green onions on the meal to consider it a salad. The green onions dominated the flavor and it was overwhelming. On top of that, the staff was miserable to work with. The cashier was so not friendly, and the rest of the staff looked inconvenienced to be working there and looked very uncomfortable with each other. The restaurant was fairly clean, but the kitchen was a mess. I know everyone has rough days, and COVID has not made it easy on anyone and these guys deserve a second visit before I completely write them off, but I don’t want to put myself through another visit like this one. That was a complete waste of a lunch and money.

Buffalo chicken, mac and cheese was okay. The chicken noodle soup was really good and the service was great. We had to wait a few extra minutes and they gave us a free Rice krispie treat.

First time eating at this franchise. I’m impressed I’ll be back to try more dishes. I posted the ones we tried. Buffalo Mac n cheese, Japanese Steak n noodles, Korean BBQ meat balls, Chicken Parmesan n noodles.
All were very delicious. Clean eating space and staff was nice.

We had a long day and out people exhausted meter was so capped it was broken
We just wanted food.
So here we went and they were such chill and cool and understanding folks.
Young gal at the Register was an absolute delight and totally understood I was just done with the day in general and wanted to go home

But she and the rest of the staff made the night end on a fabulous note and let us go home full of good food and more at peace for the day .

I was obviously having a day so was very grateful for the team that day (late afternoon/evening of 10-27-2025)
Thank you guys.

I usually come here and have no issues but today I picked my order up and ended up with chunky, stinky Mac and cheese. It was fresh when I took the photos and unfortunately I didn’t have the time to take it back as I was picking it up to quickly have before running into work. I didn’t eat it because it looked like the sauce had been bad and smelt possibly expired. Just be careful with the mac and cheese here, open and stir up your order before you leave.

The young short blonde manager Brooke was absolutely horrible to my daughter & I. Practically kicked us out immediately upon the store closing, despite the fact we arrived almost 45 prior to them closing & our food being served very cold, so having to ask for it to be warmed up which they were not able to do, instead gave a neew scoop of sauce which didnt really help except for for a few minutes until it too got cold. She also forgot to add the side of chicken to our order saying it was because I never told her what kind I wanted, when even her own employee confirmed i did in fact tell her, & then when she brought me the chicken for my 7 year old daughter that was also ice cold. Very disappointed. Took my daughter for our girls night out there cuz shes been asking to go there specifically for months and thats the experience we had. I dont put that on noodles on company, it was because of Brooke’s very poor attitude & her other male employee told me at the register that she had been having a bad day all day so like, apparently I wasnt the first one to have issues with her that day either.
