This is the only Chopt I’ve been too and they gave a small portion. They barely put any cauliflower rice, 2 or 3 pieces of roasted chicken, they were even stingy with the kale!! Very disappointing. Check your bowls before you leave if you order online. I paid 38.00 for 2 bowls with bare ingredients. And the bread was so hard it should have been a crouton!!

I had a great experience at this location. Brandon, the manager, was professional, welcoming, and truly attentive. You can tell he leads with care and sets a positive tone for the team.
Terry was wonderful as well—friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout my visit. He provided excellent customer service and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

I love Chopt! I could eat something off their menu everyday if I lived closer. The restaurant is always really clean, and the servers help as soon they get to you in line. Today I was helped by Raleik, and he was really warm and friendly.
While I was there, another customer came to ask for chicken in her salad because she didn’t get enough and he quickly scooped her more chicken without question. He also made sure my bowl had each ingredient. Thank you for your great service today Raleik!

Bernard was wonderful but the ingredients didn’t look as fresh as they have previously & very small servings. Nonetheless, he is definitely a people person and strives to ensure each guest feels valued. However, there is a young lady whom is not so personable but makes a much better salad (she has a Haitian accent)… I really can’t explain, but her salads taste well dressed & better ‘chopt’.

Changing my review from 5 stars (2025) to one. There is a new employee here who has an attitude for the last few weeks every time I’ve come in, and he never seems to improve no matter the day and time. Today was my final straw when he violated food safety by touching and rubbing his clothes and body while wearing his salad serving gloves, the same gloves that he was using to pull salad out of the bin for people and use the scoops contaminating everything. I told him he needed to change his gloves and walked out disgusted with no food. The same employee caused someone else to walk out before me as well because of his attitude, that should’ve been my sign to leave. I will not be back as long as this employee works here.

Absolutely horrible. I was not greeted when I walked in. There was someone in the back making orders and they just made me wait at least five minutes. Then they came out and still did not greet me and just wanted me to give them my order. This person had absolutely no customer service skills. It looks like making my order was a chore. They put the wrong toppings and then asked me if I was OK with it and I said no, that’s not what I ordered so then they started over again and kind of rolled their eyes. I also saw them touch their hair with their gloves on and not change gloves and touch everything with their hands. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The bread was stale from yesterday, and some of the toppings looked like they had gone brown
