As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Asked to add extra onions which was a up charge of 22 cents. Pretzel burger meal which was just nasty. Then I check my burger no extra onion no Pickel but had plastic on burger look like onion but was not. Took pictures service was rude rushed at window. Bottom right is were the plastic is on burger.

Look at what I got, some depressing looking school cafeteria style chicken “tenders” compared to what they’re advertised as. what a disappointment and false advertising which should be illegal. atleast update the photo so people know they’re getting some nasty old chicken tenders. gross

We are picking up for door dash… came to one side of the drive through and was told to go to the other side. Just to watch the man who told us to go to the other side stand there and do absolutely nothing. Then we were told there was a 7 minute wait. Why did you not already start on the order knowing someone was picking up?

Service was fast. My only problem is that i asked for the man at the window to re-read my order….he reluctantly did it with an attitude then slammed the headset on the table afterwards… Woman came to the window to finish my order and she looked angry as well and just pushed my drinks and my food to me. Im not happy with all this… Do not recommend this location….

I pulled up and and thought they were closed due to it being so dark and no cars. I place my order get home the tenders and fries looked like they had been fried over 3 times. I took the food back, the employees did not know how to refund money back to my card which took up a tremendous amount of my time. I will never spend money at this location ever. The general manager needs to review them cameras on 11/12/22 at approximately 9:30pm to see their staff doing literally nothing. This is just me putting it nicely.
