I hate leaving bad reviews because I work in fast food myself, so I know how things can get but this experience was just not it. We sat in line for 30 minutes, which is already crazy. I ordered a shake and it wasn’t even shake quality it was thicker than a Sonic shake, like trying to suck peanut butter through a straw. On top of that, the food wasn’t even hot. I always try to give grace when I leave reviews but this time I just can’t. Definitely disappointed.

I arrived here at 7:44 pm today and ordered two meals and mozzarella cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold and not fresh, the fries were cold and also not fresh. The sandwiches were a mess and also cold and not fresh. I have the pictures to prove it. it’s so disgusting that, I probably won’t even eat it. You’ll see why once you see the pictures.

Really good sandwiches and the service here is very friendly. Go online to sign up for coupons and deals – I used a BOGO sandwich coupon on today’s visit.
Smokehouse Brisket – full of flavor and not too salty which I worried about. Pretty filling. Would get again.
Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon – really good!
Chocolate chip mint shake – good, but didn’t have as much mint flavor. Chocolate syrup and chips were generous but not a punch of flavor I expected.
Mac & Cheese – no complaints on flavor. Very creamy. Not quite worth the price ($3) but nice as a treat every now and then.

The manager is a real sweetheart, but, her staff is very disappointing. My first visit for a Turkey, bacon and cheese sandwich was delicious along with my first loaded Italian sub. From that point on, everything was down hill. Turkey sandwich was salty and lettuce and tomatoes were soggy and Blain. Loaded Italian sub was just as bad. I won’t be going back

Ordered two combos, the Greek Gyro and the Turkey Bacon sandwich, both with potato cakes. Everything tasted great. The strawberry lemonade was out of-this-world tasty. The woman that took my order was exceptionally polite…she made sure I had everything i needed (drink carrier, condiments, napkins, etc.). She did the same thing last week when she took my order. First fast food person I’ve EVER tipped!!!
*UPDATE* Been to this Arby’s two more times since my first visit. BOTH times my order was screwed up. First screw-up they gave me someone else’s order… which i ended up paying for. Didn’t realize until I got back to work. Second time, today, no dip with the French Dip…. they asked me if I want a condiment… I said “yes please, some ketchup”. No ketchup in the bag. I don’t have time to go back… I’m working. It’s my own fault for not checking the bag every time. I have to say the woman that served me the first time is not the woman who handed me these orders…. it’s other employees. I’ll keep coming here to get the strawberry lemonade. I’m not going to order a food from here again.

The manager here waited on me in the drive-thru the day I found out the cancer treatment worked… she came all the way out to hand me my order and hug me. And pray with me. The next time I visited I came on the inside she remembered me I rang the bell for great service and also for Beating cancer. It wasn’t just me I saw her tree every customer with the utmost respect patience and kindness. It was an experience I will never forget. I pray this makes it to the higher management because this woman should be an example and definitely deserves higher pay and or supervisor position. The kitchen and dining room and even parking lot were so clean..

Burnt bun had an obviously odd taste, but it was so old it was no longer crunchy. Dried out beef was more crunchy. Cheesesticks were old, but I’m used to that. I’m not used to leaving here hungry, but the sandwich was uneatable .

Whoever was taking orders for drive-thru at 1:20 in the afternoon on July 23rd 2025 , you are amazing!! I felt like I was pulling up at church the respect was there the patience was there the courtesy was there, good job, they made sure my food was fresh and still they did not take long… Excellent service and food I love this location.
