You guys are worried about portions and everything but check this little guy out “baby roach” he was swimming in my bowl. I blame the inspection company cause how do you not see little roaches near the food or possibly behind the grills. I work at blaze pizza and this shit would never happen at our company. I know it’s not the workers fault at all! But please check your food here cause someone obviously doesn’t give a shit.

I ordered the carne asada bowl with beans and rice…
The delivery came fast and it was easy but there were only about 8 pieces of meat in there and not even a whole scoop of beans!
Not much for 28 bucks, delivery or not!!

Its Chipotle, of corse it’s good, I will say over the last few years the burrito size has shrunk and the price has grown. I had to wait for chicken, there wasn’t very much chicken in my bowl, something I’ve been noticing lately, maybe thats why I don’t go as often as I use to. Maybe I need to try a different menu item ,like tacos or something. I’m simply no longer impressed.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location where my mobile order was 20+ minutes late. The most disappointing part was watching multiple guests walk in, order at the counter, and leave with their food while those of us who ordered ahead were still waiting. It completely defeats the purpose of “convenience” ordering.
I contacted their customer care team to highlight this, but they were unwilling to provide a resolution that appropriately addressed the significant delay or the service failure. If you’re on a tight schedule, you’re much better off just walking through the line here.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I have this location two chances. First time, the food wasn’t ready on time. There was nobody in the store line, but I had to wait for the back room person to prepare the tacos. I get home and half the toppings are missing. Second chance: order tacos again with the side of adobe ranch. I go in and wait for my food again. I get to the car and open my bag. I realize the ranch is missing. So I go back in and tell the cashier. Her answer: we are out. Then we just look at each other. I said okkkk so you guys don’t even tell people you are out? She said there’s nothing I can do, you can call the 1-800 corporate number. Didn’t offer me queso, salsa, nothing to make up for it. Ok…. So then, I pull my food out. The cheese and lettuce are missing. So now I have corn shells with chicken. I will not go back to this location again.

Never make your guests uncomfortable! Food was quite bland like it was old or prepared in the same bowls. And the recent TV ads concerning the protein bowls seemed to all miss their intended mark becoming misleading and ineffectual.
Prices was 40% higher than at Panda Express and Polo Tropical—which both have far better food and presentation; and with Panda Express a far superior menu that Never tastes bland,…..no way Beijing Beef tastes the same as Teriyaki Chicken.!!!!
Yet the steak and chicken tasted much the same at Chipotle today.
Haven’t been into Chipotle for a few years: don’t believe I’ll return again…..unless management send free meals.
Better food…better taste….better price elsewhere!

I got to chipotle at 10:45 today (when they are supposed to be open). They did not open the doors till 11:07. Then I waited for 10 minutes for someone the staff the food line. I was able to order at 11:25. They told me they had no steak, no fajitas, no guacamole and no cheese. I asked how could you not have cheese and they replied that if I really wanted it they could go back and shred some but it would take 15 minutes. I told them yes I would like it. I order a burrito, a bowl, and a kids meal. It tasted burnt and horrible. Cherry on top was they didn’t offer to make it right and they were out of dressing for my wife’s bowl.
I reached out to customer service through the app just for a refund and they offered me one entree so I figured I’d write this instead.

Every single time with a delicious meal, the food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is great. They don’t smile that much but I assume it’s because they’re making people food. I had a much faster rate than I do anything.

walked in 45 minutes before they close after driving 20 minutes to get there, but they didn’t bother to make food to cover the length of time they’d be open. so they’re technically “open”but they can only give you cheese or lettuce. please manage food and time better in the future, please use your brain.
