The female employee got upset that I challenged the sale price on the receipt verses the amount charged on my card (my card was charged more). The difference was not much, unless one takes into account if they are doing it to every customer then it will keep adding up for the employee to take home.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in my entire life. I used to be a Wendy’s employee years ago so I know bad when I see it. The service was 0/5 stars. I ordered a number 1, they uncharged a double cheeseburger without me asking. They forced me to buy a large chili when I wanted a small and a large drink when I wanted a small combo. Upcharge, upcharge, for horrible tasting food. Guy serving my food had a thick long beard hovering over my food as if I wanted that taste while eating. I live a block away and will drive further to find another Wendy’s next time

I went here for the first time and ordered the bacon stir double combo. I got the French fries this time. I ordered a 10 piece nuggets. I always get the ghost pepper sauce. The food is fairly cheap. I’ll eat the sandwich without the bun. This location is smaller but is a good spot for lunch. It’s 5/25/2023 2:00pm and this location is fairly full. Overall good

Since this location only has drive-through because many months ago and smashed through the window with their car. You would think since they only have drive-through that they would have super super fast service at the drive-through now, but that’s not the case. Absolutely not the case now if you manage to talk properly, you have only the absolute best people working in the window And to get the food out super super fast it’s absolutely ridiculous. Makes no sense whatsoever and then we wonder why Wendy is doing so horrible.

I stopped by for a quick meal before heading home and was not pleased. The gentleman who took the order a was not welcoming. I ordered nuggets and a frosty and the nuggets were dry as if they were sitting for a while before being served. I unfortunately did not have time to go back to request fresh ones and honestly, they should’ve been fresh the first time. I ended up throwing the nuggets away & wasted my money. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this particular store.

Honestly coming from Canada it’s a pleasure to find plastic straws. Fresh bubbly soda. And the Dave’s triple was at least 60 percent thicker. We get so ripped off in the North.

The Wendy’s brand seems to take a two way approach to its locations while keeping some updated with the latest branding while others stay looking classic and old fashioned and some how manage to pull it off and this location is of no exception. The drive through is usually very quick and has late night hours.

Worst experience ever. Had a piece of sharp plastic in my burger. The manager wouldn’t write any kind of report. Said to call her manager tomorrow. And I had to ask for my receipt she tried To say that if I ordered 30 minutes ago they wouldn’t have any record of it and I had to tell her I just came through here not even 10 minutes.
