This place was so good! So happy it was recommended to me. I had the Chicken Pad Thai medium heat and it was perfect, had a good kick to it, and was a large portion that I was able to have later the next day. Thai tea was awesome! The service was great and my waiter was awesome! Can’t wait to go back again while on the island!

The spring roll peanut sauce is a little less sweet. The sweat is very delicious. The chicken looked delicious, but it’s not as delicious as I thought. I think you should avoid frying dishes. Pineapple fried rice and fried rice are fine.
The water is really cool and nice.

Good food, good service, serving portions is just alright for the price. Parking is always full, need to wait to get a parking spot. There might be some occasion that you need to wait because of no tables available for dining in.

The food was great, the service was good, the wait was a bit long. I guess in the end it depends where you want to sit. One effective way to avoid long wait is to call ahead and just make a reservation (I haven’t tried this, but I believe you can get a very positive result). Ultimately, if you are up to eating a good quality Thai food, the wait is worth.

We went for lunch on a Monday. They only served buffet. There was hardly any room for people to get their food. The food was okay, nothing great. They served the soup on the other side past the bar.

Our waitress, Nikki, was awesome. She was friendly and attentive. The decor was cozy and very much Thai. I also noticed that their service fee is 12%. Other restaurants charge 10%.

Went in for early dinner. Getting seated was no issue. I ordered the Chicken wings, Issan Sour Sausage, and Padt Kee Karot chicken medium spice with Thai Tea. The chicken wings didn’t have any flavor to itself, must use the sauce for any additional flavor. The Issan Sour Sausage was good, it would be nice if they had sticky rice. I would like to pair it papaya salad but was told that they don’t use shrimp/crab paste/padaek, it is just fish sauce. Reason I didn’t order the papaya salad, because it would not have the ethic flavor that I was looking for. The Padt Mee Karot sounds interesting. It is Padt Thai rice Noodles with Padt See Eew sauce with a spice with it. The Thai Tea was alright, the average Thai Tea. It did come in a custom cup. The service was alright. The food came out quick. As far the server goes, they did not meet my standards. Once he dropped off the food, he didn’t come back to the table until he brought over the check. Asked to pay for the meal while I was still eating. They did automatically add service charge/gratuity to the bill, it was 12%. So no need to tip extra if you usually tip. I did ask for a to go container for the chicken wing sauce. After I paid, started boxing up my meal. He never brought the sauce container, waited 20 minutes before I gave up. Summary, food was alright and service was belong average. Overall, I would not be returning to Ban Thai.

The food is always tasty and well prepared! Salt and spice levels tend to vary. I love spice but sometimes the “Medium” level already makes it hard for me to enjoy the food. It tends to get super busy, especially during peak times so we try to go for early/late lunches or early dinners, otherwise, you’ll be dining for over 1.5 hours. The lunch buffets are usually good, but the buffet is literally confined to a small section of the restaurant where it’s so hard to maneuver with a long line of people. The staff is super friendly – they’re always attentive and we appreciate the consistent smiles and great customer service. Overall, it’s one of our favorite Thai restaurants on Guam for good reason.

Love coming here with my bestfriend and my hubby, we all love our favorite server CHRIS, he’s very attentive and very pleasant to talk regarding our food and other concerns if theres any. There is one other server that always has bad attitude everytime we get him and it always ruin our time there.

This restaurant is outstanding. I have never had a meal I didn’t like. Today we had the Green Papaya Salad, Lek’s Fried Chicken w/sweet chili sauce, Fish Salad w/ house-made Tamarind Dressing. Needless to say they were amazing. Very fresh veggies as well. And they give you more than enough. The service was also very good as well.

Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! They have tons of food and drink options, and of course they offer a delicious Ban Thai Tea! It was hard to only drink 2 of them.

We ordered the Pork Pad Thai and the Panang curry and both were delicious. Ate the whole thing and left feeling just the right amount of full.

The staff was very nice and even helped us call a cab to get back to our hotel. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, I recommend making a reservation if you can to save some waiting time. I will definitely be back.
