Sat down and the chips, bean dip and salsa were brought out. We also ordered queso. (Bean dip was sooo good)
Ordered medium mango margaritas but they rimmed the glass with salt, should have been sugar! Unique take on it.
We ordered flautas, steak tacos, and Quesobarria tacos.

Service was good but they were shutting the lights off without warning us they were closing. We weren’t offered containers for our food, we had to ask multiple times.

Cute place, the food had great Flavor. I stopped for lunch alone and didn’t find the service terribly attentive but pleasant. The food was good, more than I could eat. If you like salty tortilla chips take note theirs appear to be unsalted. The chips are served cold, or mine were— with one salsa and a type of bean sauce. It’s decent and was fairly busy. The Margarita— let’s unpack that, I ordered the Perfect Margarita made with Patron on the rocks. It was very strong, it was decent but I drank maybe a third of it. If you love strong margaritas this might be the place for you! I prefer mine to be delicious but not overpowering. Personal preference so I set the $13 drink aside and had a beer. Happy I tried it though because drinks and chips at a Mexican fare venue matter to me. They had a vegetarian section and I modified a taco salad to be vegan which was quite good! I would go back but probably skip the margarita. All in all it was a solid spot! I’m sure people love it. Large menu and not expensive. Check it out!

My husband and I go to a new Mexican restaurant everytime we go out of town. We always strive to find one that’s as good as our hometown restaurant. This place is probabaly our top rated of all we’ve been to. Atmosphere is traditional and fun. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Large portions, great prices and the food tasted amazing! Definitely will go back!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was with my food. I ordered the Hawaiian fajita. In which there should have been pineapple as it stated on the menu. There was about 3 tiny pieces. So it basically tasted like greasy onion and dry chicken. Not sure if I’ll go back anytime soon.

Visiting the state for the first time, I was a little worried about the quality of Mexican food Wisconsin might have, but this place was a pleasant surprise. The Chili Verde was really flavorful and had enough heat to be interesting. But the star of the meal – by far – was the extra spicy salsa they brought out when I asked if they had one. If I could give extra stars for service I would. Quickly got our food (again), though we were a larger group of 6 and it was busy. The bean dip with the salsa and chips is a nice touch. The fajitas were amazing. Good value.

Currently on a taco tour and this is #32 on the tour. We are eating the chips and salsa, lime margarita, steak and chicken tacos on a scale of 1-5.
Chips and salsa: The chips and salsa were served with bean dip. The chips were warm, but didn’t have any salt on them. The salsa wasn’t spicy and had a strong cilantro taste (if you like that sort of thing). The bean dip was sweeter but really good and served hot – 4
Lime Margarita on the rocks: They state that they are freshly made margaritas but it was poured from a machine. To be fair it could have been made in the morning and put in the machine, but I feel like when you list it as freshly made, it is made/mixed to order. Regardless, it was a really good margarita – 5
Steak Taco:

You cannot order just one taco here. The street tacos come three to an order. The taco was served on two tortillas. The steak was nicely flavored. Unfortunately there was some larger gristly pieces in some of them. The tacos were served with a creamy avocado salsa, which was so delicious by itself and on the tacos.

Fullness: 3
Appearance: 1
The chicken tacos were ordered from the lunch menu due to not being able to get just one. The lunch option comes with two tacos and rice and beans. The chicken was very dry, yet liquidy. The tacos were ordered with just cheese and sour cream. The tacos were a complete mess. Plus inside one taco was a very long piece of tomato skin (which you can see in the picture) and then in the other taco it had chunks of diced up peppers. The rice and beans never came with the tacos.
Service: Our server had an extremely difficult time understanding what was being said to him and had to be told multiple times. When it was brought up that the rice and beans had not been provided, which was to whomever we were paying, they rolled their eyes and stared at me and did not provide the rice and beans nor took money off, so as far as service goes, I would not go back- 1

Literally every single time that I come in to pick up an order, it is never ready when it is supposed to be. They are almost always dead so there is no damn excuse for it. And literally every single time they tell me 5 minutes. And it takes 10 to 30 minutes.
Stop lying to the customers.
If it’s going to be 10 minutes tell me 10 minutes.
Don’t tell me five and then take 10 that just pisses us off further.
Smdh.
This restaurant used to be great now it’s an embarrassment, get your act together.

Food was bland not seasoned had the fajitas and too much oil cooking them..
Problem resides is keep an eye on your credit card because our charge was RAISED in the morning by 12 dollars.
This is called SKIMMING… highly unethical and fraudulent. I did go in today and confronted the manager and he gave me $12 cash back…
No apology just stated he didn’t know how it happened. I told him the amount was correct last night initially charged and it got changed in the morning.
We will NEVER return.
