Our server was working really hard and did her best and we’re grateful. A bit old and dark inside. A fresh coat of paint and lighting would do the trick. Returned my plate twice, salt spilled from overfilled bottle onto my food, then we found blue melted items (which we were told might’ve been sprinkles) Nonetheless I returned it because at that point I just wanted a fresh plate. Food was ok. Not the best IHOP overall. I left feeling hungry.

The service was on point, the staff cleaned around each guest and made sure the floors were clean. Our waitress was friendly and efficient as well. The food was all good as well, the only set back was there weren’t and bottles at the table so we had to use ketchup packets etc. Despite that I will definitely visit this location again.

Jackie is my fave, but honestly I haven’t had any bad experiences with the service at this IHOP location. ☺️ I’ve been here several times since moving to the area, and it’s become my go-to spot for consistent, pleasant service and good food. Have even left other restaurants prematurely due to poor experiences just to go to this place instead. Always cheers me up since they’ve always been kind. The building itself could use a little updating, but other than that, I have no complaints. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Ordered delivery. Food was in a large container, and I was excited reminiscing about the large portions I remember back when we used to eat inside in my childhood. However, it felt like a mockery, as we were given a measly serving in the large, barely filled container. The lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes were not good at all, there was not even a lemony flavor, just gritty plain ricotta, and the blueberries were cooked weird. The sausage felt like I was eating straight pureed fat. Everything was pathetic and not even that good! Nearly $30 before fees for all of this through grubhub (thankfully had a coupon). Planned on sharing this but my portion was barely enough. Sad to see the food and servings here have become so mediocre…

I came in at 9:00 and service was fast, they had a promotion for the “IF” movie, so I tried some of the pancakes; the blueberry flavor is good, and the service is kind. Good breakfast spot that wont be too expensive, and inside the naperville area.

Ordered pickup for our food. Was truly disappointed. I had ordered the strawberry banana French toast (full order) which didn’t even have enough syrup to cover 1 out of the 2 toasts. On top of that the bananas were black. I had to add syrup to the toasts. I was so upset because I ordered strawberry banana not plain with syrup. We had also asked for some cholula hot sauce for our food and it ended up spilling all inside the bag and on the containers. Not only this, had ordered a poblano spicy omelet and didn’t even have Avocado (which was supposed to come on it). The omelet looked plain and nothing like the picture. I could have sworn it was just a cheese omelet. The only thing we requested was no meat. For the side, we had hashbrowns, which were missing from our order. We also ordered 2 eggs scrambled with cheese. The eggs came omelet style with cheese in the middle. Nothing was right with my order and it really sucks because we spent about $50 on this food and didn’t even get to enjoy it. I’m 8 months pregnant and was really looking forward to this late at night. I’m so upset. Here are some pics.

Ordered online for a 5pm pickup, clicked the text they sent me waited until 5:15. Went inside, no one at the front. Waited 2 minutes then called the phone so someone could come to the front. Asked if I had a pickup I said yes, she came back handed me a bag that felt light for my food. Thank GOD I doubled checked bc there was only pancakes & Bacon in the bag. Went back inside told her it was the wrong order & was told my food was handed to someone else. So I sit here waiting. Not happy at all! I’m hungry, my family’s waiting at home hungry.

Unreal how good the food was here. For The first time ever the hamburger, looked exactly like the photograph of the advertisement. The server went out of her way to make sure that the food was cooked exactly as my mother requested and everything was delicious Jackie was a great server!

Service was moody and kind of slow. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and my chicken was kind of salty and not very good-looking. When we asked for something (creamer, silverware), we managed to get it a few minutes later. My water had a very fishy taste to it. Overall, I’m not complaining, I give Ihop a 5/10 for service and food. In my opinion, I’ve had better experiences last time than this time.
