Every year a so I give them another chance but this is my last visit. I ordered an entire chicken and the pieces they gave me were just wrong. I’m not happy about the toddler sized chicken pieces but I understand. The issue I have is the pieces they gave me should not have been in rotation for the public. The leg looked like it had already been eaten and one of the thighs looked as if it had been cooked the week before. I did go in and the lady that helped me shrugged her shoulders gave me another drumstick and told me that’s the best she could do. The chicken isn’t good enough to throw money away on. NEVER AGAIN!

My husband and I made a special trip from Leeds to try Uncle Sam’s Bbq. It was well worth the 35-40 minute drive. We are big fans of chopped bbq and this met our expectations. It was so moist and had a good flavor and the beans…lawd! Don’t get me started on the beans! Those baked beans were so good my husband and I could have made a meal off just those alone. The coleslaw was great too! My 8 year old said the bbq sandwich was bussin! We felt that for $25 it was a great value for a family pack to feed four. We will definitely make another trip again.

People of all colors do not give this business your money Sam the owner do not want your business I can promise you. Nacho chips were steale, I call to let management know. The owner hung up the phone in my face. I went back to the store and returned the food. I spoke with the owner Sam face to face for a refund. He cares nothing about the customers nor customer service do not give your money where your business is not appreciated. Policy is stupid I live 30 minutes away. You want the customer to hold food in their refrigerator just to bring back to prove a point or re-serve to other customers at this point the food had been in my house. Food shouldn’t be carried back and forward from a customers house back to a public restaurant. No business has request returned food from the public since Covid. Chic -Fil-A would never treat their customers in this way. Take your money were you are value as a customer.

The food is reheated from the day or days before, it is nasty taste like a dead animal on the side of the road smells! I called asking why they served reheated food and they hung up. Don’t waste your money.

I have been going through the drive thru and also picking up on the inside for a long time. I love the BBQ sandwiches. But I placed a rather large order to be picked up inside and when I got home there were no buns. I called and was told I had to purchase them separately. You would think that when you purchased 2Lb of pork that buns would come with it. I know I have purchased pork and chicken and there were always bun included.

Well…you can smell the meat before opening the door and that let me know this place was the real deal. I actually prefer to eat the spare ribs without the sauce as you can taste the smokey flavor more. The spare ribs are meaty and well prepared. Don’t forget to get your jumbo-sized tea. This is a favorite stop when I visit.

I gave 5 stars for the portion size, price, and that loaded bake potato!!!!! Im a full moon (ribs) kind of girl, the ribs were not bad it just taste like the ribs we do at home. The potato was so good, im going back for that potato. I had the weekend special with 2 ribs and 1/2 chicken white with a loaded potato for like $12.00. It also make sense to call in your order before you come, it is a busy place. Once you call in your order don’t go through the drive thru, pull in a parking spot for call in orders and go wait at the door of the restaurant, some one will come get your payment and bring your food. The menu is online as well.
