3.5 Stars. Nice atmosphere and staff, but my food was just okay. The salmon itself was amazing, but the vegetables and rice left something to be desired. The vegetables should have been tender, and lacked flavor in my opinion; the rice was lacking in flavor as well. My wife got the boom boom shrimp tacos and loved them, but I could have used more of a punch in the sauce. Although, my kids got the pizza, and that was fantastic! The crust was crispy and airy. I’d go again for the pizza and beer!

Angie was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived she was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Mostly everything was fantastic! Ava (our server) was great. Ashton (the manager) was sweet and really cared about the overall experience of the consumer. Our only problem was that the salmon and the pork chop were a little undercooked even though we asked for them to be fully cooked. We ordered appetizers, but I did not get a picture of them.

Came in for the game and stayed for the amazing service. My bartender Kelsey Andes was an absolute star—friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to keep the drinks flowing and the vibes high even when the place was packed. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and loves what she does. If you want great drinks, good energy, and someone who makes you feel welcome the second you walk in, ask for her. 10/10 experience every time!

My visit to Deano’s Tapworks was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to our incredible server, Madi H. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the extensive beer selection.
Madi made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks (the [mention a specific dish, e.g., Boom Boom Shrimp] was a great suggestion!) and ensured our table had everything we needed without being overbearing. The service was fast and seamless, even during a busy time.
The overall atmosphere at Deano’s is great for watching a game or hanging out with friends, but Madi’s personalized service really made the night a memorable one. We will definitely be back and will be requesting Madi! Kudos to the team for having such a stellar staff member.

I had an awesome experience at Deano’s Grill & Tapworks East! The food was spot-on, the atmosphere was great, and the whole visit felt smooth from start to finish. The highlight, though, was the amazing service from Madi. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to get service that genuinely elevates the whole experience, but Madi definitely delivered.
Highly recommend stopping by if you want great food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

I had dinner at Deano’s East and was lucky enough to have Madi H as my server. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal feel effortless. Madi checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. The food was amazing, but her service is what really made the visit stand out.
If you go to Deano’s East, definitely ask for Madi H. She’s truly exceptional and made it a 5 star night!

FHAI IS VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE AND WILL KEEP GOING BACK-AND-FORTH WITH YOU AND YOUR FOOD. WILL GET COLD WHILE YOU’RE TRYING TO LEAVE.. picking up a replacement order because one meal with ordered gluten-free and dairy free and it came with both which directions were given very clearly and it shouldn’t have not had neither then the other three orders were pink in the middle and we clearly asked for well done, and the fries were hard as if they had been sitting and cooked twice and they were also cold. so that is the meal they were replacing, and I was given a headache in an argument, picking up the replacement. my family and all my friends have been coming many years since 2013 and I’ve never had as bad as services I did today just picking up a to go order. I have about a 15 minute window to make it home before the food gets too cold and I had to sit and go back-and-forth in the parking lot with her about the order for 10 minutes so guess what happens now food is ruined once again!!!!!
update got home fries were cold, which we already knew because she wanted to go back-and-forth for 10 minutes before I can pull off then they put mayo on all the burgers when clearly no one requested mayo and I was told I had to drive all the way back to the east side of town when I’m close to Derby to get my meals replaced tonight or I would not get a replacement!!!!!

Good spot for a late night dinner on my work trip. I always appreciate finding a place that’s serving something better than just burgers and fried food. I had the bine-in pork chop, which was very good – tender and flavorful. Nice atmosphere. It was a Monday night so football was on the TV’s, but it wasn’t too crowded or rowdy. Good service from the waitresses.
