Was great to find a Tex Mex restaurant inside the Pinnacle Travel Plaza.
They have a large selection on their menu, so lots to pick from. They even have a well stocked salsa bar with multiple salsas to pick from.
I tried the Tres Hombres and got extra cheese, jalapenos and lime juice added. Made it into a meal which adds rice and beans. They loaded up at the salsa bar.
Grabbed a drink and enjoyed the large seating area provided with at least 16 tables to choose from.
Will provide some pictures and will be saving this as a place to stop for future trips through this area.
