Doors say the lobby opens at 6am. Employees say the lobby actually opens at 10am. They claim the owner has no sense. Food and place in general is good. Food is actually always great. Employees are snotty and snippy.

Took over a half an hour to get my order that WAS NOT correct! I ordered a French Dip sandwich, it didn’t come with any Au Jus sauce. Then after waiting all that time the shake I ordered wasn’t with the order, and when I inquired about it I was told that it would be coming right up! Another 5 Minutes later I was then told that the shake machine “JUST BROKE DOWN!”

Stopped in for a Jamocha shake and curly fries, both of which we’re delicious. It was very dark inside the restaurant, would have been good if the manager turned some lights on.

Stopped into Auburn Arby’s thinking I’ll get a couple fresh roast beef, beef n cheddar. Nope, driest roast beef I’ve ever had. I would have complained but I know how that works out. Really disappointed. If I worked there I wouldn’t have served it.

Went there on August 30th to inside to place an order. Unfortunately the door was locked and I could not enter. They were only taking orders through the drive thru only so I left and went next door to Culver’s. This unacceptable locking the door to keep customers out and only take orders through the drive thru only. I doubt that I will return there since they have lost my business for good.

The ham & swiss croissaint is one of my favorite sandwiches. Picked one up this morning in the drive thru, & it was stone cold! Didn’t have time to go back to complain, but it literally set on the counter at work for 2 hours before I had the time to microwave it, & it was still chilly when I unwrapped it to nuke it. You can really train employees & do better than that! You aren’t a deli!

I had Arby’s door dashed, that means I paid for delivery, and tipped my dasher extra because of how long she was waiting. I get my order and half of my shit is missing. I don’t receive my tenders OR the extra sauces I paid for. Even though we paid for the luxury of having it delivered, my boyfriend goes TO the location to let them know they messed up. He returns home with my tenders, yes, but they still proceeded to skip out on the sauces I ordered, I only received cheese sauce. My boyfriend was not made aware of any sauces being ‘out of stock’ either. All around highly dissatisfied.

Arby’s is okay. It’s fast food. Seems to me like a little better quality than McDonald’s. I like Arby’s better than any of the other fast food.
