It was soo good the burgers where so good the service was so speedy I think I got my burger in under 2 minutes and It was PACKED and they kept the ground so clean cleaning every 5 minutes and a table was always open and CLEAN thank you so much 5 guys

Quality and quantity has definitely gone down hill. The burgers were bad, specially the meat, before burgers here were greasy and juicy in a good way, now just sloppy. But the most disappointing thing was the fries, I got the regular fries which back in the day used to be a cup plus extra, now is this tiny bag that makes McDonald’s fries look jumbo in comparison, and they charge for the fries like they are giving a ton when in reality is just a little bit.

A very nice establishment. The space is clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I also appreciate that you can get a combo of a burger (unlimited toppings), fries, and a drink for $15. The booths are also nice. Food is great and fries (which they are known for) are amazing.

Incredibly rude service, attitude, cleaning supplies left next to the table. No manager on site! Insane how this place is still open. Restaurant closes at 10PM instead of 11 as advertised. I placed and paid for a pick up order at 9:50pm and when I arrived, the door was locked and the employee told me that nothing was ready in my name despite providing my order number and showing proof of payment. Manager on duty, Sean, did nothing to mitigate the situation and I still have not received a refund. Unprofessional all around. If you are not open the hours advertised, change them.

I ordered the vegetarian sandwich with cheese, and the experience was disappointing. The cheese was particularly bad – it had a powdery texture that was quite unpleasant. The bun was completely soggy, which caused half the ingredients to fall out while eating. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I ate it immediately and right there in the restaurant – so there’s no excuse for the bread to be that waterlogged.
While the other ingredients tasted good, the soggy bun and poor quality cheese really brought down the overall experience.
On the positive side, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the calorie transparency on the menu, which helped me make an informed decision to skip the fries.

Omg!! The worst place specially for delivery drivers. They don’t care about you, they see you and they walk away from you.
They’re not even interested to help.the white lady is the worst one . She thinks she own the business. I do not like the place at all. Last time I went to this place to pick up doordash The food was ready and nobody was there to ask me and I spent 20 minutes. Bad customer service service.
