My son was asking for the son of a baconator as a reward for working hard on something recently. We choose the drive-in and sadly and surprisingly there was NO BACON on his burger. Do better please… so disappointed.

Woman with the long pony tail that took our order was extremely rude and impatient while we were trying to place our order at the drive through. My husband confronted her about her rudeness at the window and she threatened to keep our food and said she has the right to refuse service after we had already paid. She walked away with our bags and told us to leave. My husband said he wanted a refund then because we paid—she turned around and aggressively handed us the bags and refused to give us the receipt so that we could have a name to go with a complaint.

We got Jr. Frosties with coupons from trick or treating and fries. The drive through was fast and friendly. No wonder the line is usually out to the highway. They came in cute tiny cups and the fries were hot and delicious! Thanks Wendy’s!

Stopped in because I havent had Wendys in awhile. The place was busy at the drive thru and was a bit messy behind the counter but I had hope. The cashier was ok but they were out of change and it took a long time to close out my order. The manager seemed overwhelmed. The food was ok temperature wise, but seemed old and the bread was stale. With the wait I expected more.

The food was made fresh & our order was accurate.
Neutral on the cashier – not super friendly but not grumpy either.
Dining area was good. Tables were clean, no food left on the floor.
Restrooms were small but well maintained.
We were only in that part of town for a local event but would have no issues eating there again.

I’ve had three great experiences here. All drive thru stops; sometimes the line is long and slow however the food is always cooked fresh, the fries and burger are always hot off the grill not long other places where the burger is lukewarm because sat. So the wait is worth it to me. Hot food fresh off the grill just tastes better. The staff has always been friendly. They get an A+ in my book!

Ordered, all my food was old and dried out I called they said come back and I could get it remade so I go back and go to the speaker tell them they had mad attitude and said some thing thinking their mic was off they did remake my food which I appreciated but still forgot a fry the attitudes weren’t necessary I was very respectful and understanding and it still wasn’t even worth it still tasted gross fr not coming back here.

**Most of the time,** this place is great. Food quality is as expected for a fast food restaurant, and service is just average but in no way bad. However, I have one major complaint- they repeatedly forget to unlock the door. They have it posted both here on Google and on the restaurant windows that they open at 6:30 A.M.; however, I came at 6:43 today and all three doors were locked. The employees inside didn’t notice me at all, so I was unable to ask them to let me in. I loitered around in the cold, hoping to be let in, until about 6:55, then gave up and went on my way. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either; even during the day, this has happened at least twice. Very disappointing from a restaurant I usually love and even used to work at.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Not the first time there was an issue and not the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. I never once haven’t gotten an order correctly done here. I prefer to order online but you can’t. They will mess it up. Go thru the drive thru… they will mess it up. So go inside. Check the bag… get home… and yes you got items but not the items you ordered. I mean you shouldn’t have to open the wrapper to see if you got the right food. Never again will I waste money here.
