I am not the type to leave a review on restaurants i’ve had a bad experience with, EVER! but this location is just that bad i had to leave this review. The menu screen is unreadable, the person who took my order looked as if he was high when i got to the window, i literally had to repeat my order 3 times because he couldn’t get it right, and the food was a 0/10. I mean my spicy mcchicken didn’t even have lettuce on it. The whole sandwich just tasted old period I orders fries NO SALT and go figure, the fries had salt. Just AVOID this location, at least avoid getting it late at night.

Fast food is now slow food with a line wrapping around the building. Pull up and order, then wait 15 minutes for someone to come out with no clue food they have.

Screws up my order 70% of the time. I don’t have time to call and complain because I only go here on lunch break at work. Today for example I ordered a double Big Mac Combo and they again only put singles patties on my burger. I don’t complain much stuff happens but this is a re-occurring issue that has happened multiple times with my orders where I don’t get everything I ordered.

If I could give negative stars I would. Service always takes forever, even when they are not busy, like, I am one of the only two people, and the drive thru is also empty. Very poor service, they ignore you as long as possible, and when you get their attention, it’s “give me one minute” and they disappear for 10…. Literally. Food is usually barely warm and fries are never salted. Hardly ever get your order right.

This is only based on my “service” last night. My daughter and I went through the drive thru in the right lane and the guy taking orders was incredibly rude. We ended up just leaving the drive thru cause the guy was so rude. If the screen is malfunctioning then whoever is taking orders needs to address it in the beginning of taking the order instead of yelling at the customer when they say whatever is on the screen isn’t even close to what they ordered. Or better yet, fix the screen.

The food menu screens have been unreadable for an extremely long time, so you have to guess. The young man that took my order was very pleasant and professional. However, whoever put the McChicken together only put chicken and pickle in a $4.50 sandwich. It was too dry to eat. Confusion seemed to be an issue. Most of the time the food is fine, but the awful menu and lack of getting what is supposed to be on sandwiches is getting to be the issue too often PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER‼️

Never again! Food was cold. We could have went anywhere but my son wanted to experience the monopoly game that McDonald’s advertised. We ordered 5 items off of the monopoly list and only received 1 game pc. Went inside and they informed us that it’s while supplies last. Than make sure you update your app to “not available at this location”
Bonus was that our fries were cold and the wrong patty was used on both the big Mack’s we ordered. FYI, times are only gonna get harder McDonald’s and cutting corners as well as bait and switching people will cost you your business. To the franchise owner, we have too many other fast food places in this area for you to be cutting corners.

Apparently if you order breakfast on the app before breakfast ends, you have to arrive at the location at 10:29, not a second later otherwise they will cancel your order and be rude to you about it. Zero customer service.

Great service in the drive thru. The lady was very polite and patient. There was not a wait. My food was hot. The parking lot was clean and handicapped accessible.
