Said someone stole my Uber eats pick up order, so I had to stand there for 15 minutes while they made it for the first time. Yep they forgot to check the online orders. Anywho lots of attitude, after waiting 15 minutes they gave me burnt fries and sad looking chicken wings with hardly any meat on it. Now they’re selling these for 5 for $10, so the value is supposedly $2 a wing. Would you pay $2 for the wings pictured? I pointed out how sickly the wings looked to the young manager. He just didn’t care and walked away. I took pictures for proof. One last thing, we tried to eat the wings for dinner and they had a weird taste and made us feel nauseous. Synopsis: This is a terribly run restaurant, with workers with a bad attitudes who prepare sub-par food that might make you sick.

My son went and picked up dinner. I asked for the Zensational Salad with grilled chicken. I have had this at several Zaxby’s restaurants. I had it at this location once prior. In comparison to what I received previously, this salad was inedible. There were at most 4 small bites of chicken. These were hidden beneath a thin layer of fresh salad, along with a significant amount of rotten salad. It was soft, translucent, and slimy. Disgusting, and lots of it! It was topped with the wonton strips and dressing to help hide what was beneath. I will not be ordering it again. The photo was from after I put it in the trash, didn’t think of a photo until after.

4 employees all in one small bathroom. Some had gloves on still one had headset on still and other 2 nothing just uniform. All four walked out did not wash hands went back to work. Manger had to tell one of them out the four customers want to order and to come to the register basically. Will never return. Food was old, I had placed an online order in the parking lot. It was ready so fast with old food. I asked for no and ice was in my drink had to get remade.

Kingston was very rude!! If he is your cashier ask for another cashier upfront! He doesn’t know what it takes to be a cashier . No understanding from the manager and no compassion . Upcharges your order and won’t notify the customer . Will laugh in your face at the window while waiting for your food. Very crooked ! Do better Zaxby’s on Hwy 5

I went thru drive thru for a chicken salad. Since when do you get 1/2 a piece of dried up crusty toast. I got some nasty brown lettuce too. I will not go back there!! There food has bring getting worse everytime I have went there.

I experienced an excessive wait time only to receive cold food and an incorrect order. We sat at the drive-thru for approximately 5–10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or attempted to take our order. During this time, I witnessed another vehicle leave the drive-thru line due to the wait. Additionally, the employees at the window did not offer an apology and were visibly laughing, which appeared unprofessional and dismissive. I also observed an employee actively using his phone while on duty. I do not eat fast food regularly, so for this to be one of the few occasions I choose to do so was especially disappointing. The expectation with fast food is prompt service and hot, accurate meals, and this experience fell far below that standard. I am extremely disappointed and would appreciate this matter being addressed and resolved appropriately.

My home boy Stephen said this fuud was BUSSSIN!!!!! Baby Yaya (like the Boss Baby). The S King (Celebrity food reviewer) ordered The Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal with Tongue Torch Sauce. In the past he has questioned their ability to count due to his “GREAT EIGHT” ONLY HAVING, COUNT EM SEVEN IN IT. No less than twice IN A ROWWWWWW expressed his frustration on the counting performance, BUT THIS TIME. IT WAS SPECTACULAR. THE GREAT WAD INDEED 8. AND IT WAS BUSSSSSIN. THIS MEAL RECEIVES A GREAT 8 STAR REVIEW. WE LOVE YOU ZACKY BABYS. +30 REP FOR THE SQUADDDDD.

We ordered food to be delivered at 12:00 to the office. The delivery driver said once she got to the restaurant the food was not even ready. All the girls went to Chick Fil A and got food. My salad and the doctors wasn’t even correct like it had just been thrown together. We didn’t get our order until 11:45 or 11:50. We will not order from here again. One girl was even missing something off her order It’s like you don’t care.

The food was great and came how we order it but the sandwich was a bit weird. This is my second time eating from this chain, the first time was horrible in Jacksonville FL. But back to the sandwich. If you guys didn’t have Buns you should have said so. I noticed the young lady talking about something and then staring at me weirdly while passing the bag to the other young lady that took my to go order. Then she starts to look at me kinda funny as well. I thought nothing of it until sitting in the car eating. My child tells me he has 2 bottom Buns. I asked him if he wanted to go back. But he said it was fine, so I didn’t bother. But IF it had been my food, and from they looks they probably knew. Well that’s another story.
