I placed an online order 2/9/2026 at or around 5pm. (3pc dark and biscuit). Food great and fresh. I don’t know the young gentleman that spoke directly to me but he had a greenish blend in his hair. He was courteous and polite even though he was on his break. He respected “me” as the customer enough to adjust the volume of his music as I entered the restaurant. The cashier asked for my name to make sure of correct order that was placed. She bagged my food and I was out and on my way back home in a matter of minutes. Great, accurate and fast service.

The drive thru 20 min wait was ridiculous, all I ordered was #3 & all I got was a regular chicken sandwich & coleslaw. I was supposed to get it with bacon & cheese, with fries, so MY ORDER WASN’T RIGHT!!!!!

I come to this location everyday for lunch I request a two-piece dark chicken I get a leg a thigh and a biscuit everyday for lunch today I asked for a two-piece dark and I got two thighs and no biscuit I go back and ask for the biscuit and they are so rude and ugly and then charged me $2 for a biscuit that was cold the manager that normally works the window the tall dark man is awesome the one working in the window today is very rude and ugly I guess I will have to call to find out who is working before I can go up there and get fresh food from now on I will not come back to this Popeyes as long as that man is working the window he is so rude and lazy and they cold chicken I got today is pathetic I have never ever got food that look like this from this location today is the 1st
